Field & Tides, located in Houston’s historic Heights neighborhood features an open canvas menu that reflects Executive Chef Travis Lenig’s culinary experiences. Chef Lenig’s roots stem from his love for many different types of cuisine such as Southern, Italian, French and Asian. “Field” is represented by locally sourced vegetables, pork, poultry, beef and game, while “Tides” is seafood that is locally sourced as well, with an emphasis on the Gulf. The upscale casual restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily with brunch served on Saturday and Sunday. Patrons can enjoy a spacious patio for outdoor dining, as well as a separate private dining room available to rent for all your special occasion needs.

Entertained customers here for lunch. Parking is a bit tight, but that’s normal for the area. They have designated lot which is nice. Servers were sweet and attentive, food was fantastic, and it was a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend making a reservation if you plan to eat inside as the seating is limited. I will definitely be back. Thank y’all!

We love Field & Tides. This restaurant has become our go-to dining spot before we head off to see a show at the Hobby Center. The food is absolutely delicious, and we have tried a range of offerings! They also have a great happy hour!

Great food! Deviled eggs are the best I’ve ever had. Service is also excellent. Personable staff. The only non-positive is the cocktails are really weak.

We have visited Field and Tides many times over the years and it’s always great! We hosted a lunch for 10 today and the food and service was excellent!
