   Food was outstanding and plentiful. Was hoping for an ocean view but they don't have that feature. Unique decor, very nautical and kind of 50's. I actually liked it a lot.

   Tried this out for the first time. Surprised to see there was entertainment-a guy singing and playing a keyboard. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. My teriyaki steak was pretty good, prepared just right. The restaurant had an 70/80's diner feel to it. It was a pleasant place to dine.

   This was our first time trying this restaurant. It took 20 minutes after the two of us were seated for someone to come over and brought only one water and acknowledge we were even in the restaurant. About 10 minutes later we received the other glass of water. We both ordered a wedge salad. One was made as a wedge the other was a garden salad. They took that back and after awhile, we got the other wedge salad. My wife ordered the kabob and asked for the meat to be cooked medium rare. She could hardly chew the meat it was so dry. I tried a piece and agreed, it was way over cooked. The vegetables on the skewer were shriveled. The food was lukewarm - definitely not "right out of the oven" temperature. I would not recommend this place. My wife and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. I had made this known when I made our reservation. No mention of this occasion. You do get a nice full dinner for the price, but again, the food was not very warm when served and the quality was not what we would expect.

   Great place to get some casual food and casual atmosphere. Fun decor and nautical theme throughout. The owner is a great local guy who is very attentive and on top of things. Waitresses are very friendly and helpful. Good last minute place to go for couples or families.

   Wonderful spot for dinner. Great food and atmosphere. We're lucky enough to be there on a night their piano player, Tommy Stark, was there. He added such a great soundtrack to a fun, laid back meal. We aren't from the area but when we return to Shelter Island, we will definitely come back here!

   The Food was fantastic. Crab legs were superb. Steaks cooked to perfection. Excellent! I would return anytime!

   Great place for a casual dinner. Good drinks and bar area. Casual boating atmosphere for good steak and seafood dinners. Our prime rib and NY strip steak were delicious. Staff is friendly and intentive. Relaxing and comfortable and great food.

   Christmas Eve dinner with the family. The place was packed, the service was great......The waiter was fast, re-fills were on spot, the food was good. We were at a round table for six in the back.

    This isn't our first visit, and it sure won't be our last. Great service, excellent food, great decor. It just feels comfortable and relaxing to dine here. It's our go to spot for special occasions.
