This food is glorious! Lively, fun atmosphere. The waitstaff knew the menu and delivered full detail of 6 specials of the night over and over to every table with passion! Incredible really. Thats a lot to ask your staff to do all night long but they seemed to enjoy delivering the message of ‘Food’ that this chef inspires to make! Bravo!

Great service and very helpful. The food was also very good the steak tartare and carrots were excellent. Great wine selection with very fair prices. I had the Chicken special which was roasted with foie was very good.

Delicious local foods prepared and presented beautifully are the highlight of Fête! Service is excellent and prices are reasonable. The reason I will not go back more often is because the noise level is excruciating.

Best food in Honolulu! The flavors on everything were amazing. We also had our 11 year old daughter with us and she loved the butter noodles and crispy chicken they were able to whip us for her.

Interesting food! I’d say the food is better than the drinks. Ordered the pot pie and it was delicious and hearty. We sat in the library, which was nice and cool and more quiet and spacious. Downstairs is too cozy and noisy for me. Great waitstaff.

I appreciated the space we had in the library room. It was more peaceful and better suited to conversation than downstairs can be when it is busy--and it is always busy because the food is so wonderful! Despite us being up a flight of stairs, the server was very attentive and present, and we enjoyed the evening there very much.

Chris provided excellent service from start to finish. Each of our special appetizers was amazing—beet salad and breadfruit. Our entrees were also amazing, especially the Korean Beef special. Delicious and best meal in a long time!

Server recommendations were spot on. The most delicious and expert prepared food that knocked our socks off. Haven't had a restaurant meal like this in far too long. Wish they had an establishment on Kauai, which definitely could use such a talented chef!

Service was great but took longer than expected for food. Normally lunch for most is about an hour but it took a while to get food once order was placed. Over 1 1/2 hours and no cocktails ordered.

First time dining here and it was a fabulous experience. The service was wonderful! We loved the decor and ambience. The menu was varied and we tried a few entrees to share and loved our choices. Everything was well seasoned and beautifully plated. We will return and enjoy dinner next time. Thank you!

My friends and I were excited to try this James Beard award-winning chef's restaurant. And, we were not disappointed! The food was incredible. We tried fish, steak tartare, and beef bourguignon pot pie. Desserts are magnificent, too. The staff really knew their business. High praise for how hard they all worked. Definitely a restaurant to try. It is a small place so best to make reservations in advance.

Fete never disappoints. Fantastic food and the service is always amazing and attentive. The food and service is always consistent so you know the owner/chef pours her heart into this place. With all the incredible restaurants on island fete still remains one of my favorites.

As others have noted, interior dinning is cramped. It can get very loud. Food was okay. Sucks spending the money and leaving with a headache. It would be awesome if we socialized moderating one’s voice in such spaces. And the owner could invest in sound absorbing tech.

Nice restaurant with unique menu options but they are trying to fit in too many tables. We were on top of our neighbors to the point we could hear their conversations and could not easily get in/out of seating .

Ordinary food a Fête is outstanding! It's a farm to table theme and brings it off really well. Unless you're a real chef yourself with a pro kitchen, you can't make food like this at home. Ask the servers about a wine choice and they know what they're talking about. It's a bit loud, but on certain days of the week the "Library" is open upstairs for a more intimate environment, but you have to call to ask for it; it doesn't appear on the restaurant app.
