Food was good, nothing out of this world but the options were plentiful. Unfortunately it seemed like our server was insanely overwhelmed and had over 5-6 tables. It took her 20 minutes in between check in’s and at least 30 min to come take our order

The server who brought the food to the table didn’t even put it in front of us, they put it in the edge of the table... no Parmesan was offered for the pasta, pasta was bland, drinks were not refilled, “warm” dessert arrived cold. Overall not what we were expecting

Food was average and service inattentive. Getting the bill was a real sticker-shock. The duck wings were good, but that is the best thing I can say about the food. I am sorry I did not try somewhere else.

I was expecting a beautiful farm to table experience. Instead I got a very overdressed salad. And a pasta dish that was in a very, very heavy cream sauce.

Fatal después de hacer nuestra reservación con tiempo no fue respetada, y después de 20 min me ofrecen una mesa junto los botes de basura de la banqueta y con olor a orines,, descidimos esperar más por una mesa,, después de 40 min después de mi llegada la hostess se equivocó y la mesa pa 4q era pa nosotros fue dada a una pareja,, les comenté el error,, me dijeron q se equivocaron,,, q esperara a la siguiente q se desocupara,, y después de 1 hora!!! Decidí hablar con la gte. Q le falta por mucho el nombre a su puesto, pues para nada se disculpo, no nos hizo sentir nada cómodos,, (cabe mencionar q en el área de adentro tenían mesas libres) así q terminamos sin comer en el lugar por el mal servicio de sus hostess y gerente...nada recomendable ,,

We made a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. For appetizers, we ordered the clams and mussels as well as the burrata bruschetta, which were both good. My boyfriend ordered the oxtail ravioli and I ordered the carbonara. He liked his dish, however, I was really disappointed in my carbonara. I knew it wasn't going to be a traditional carbonara but I wanted to give it a try anyways. It was LOADED with onions. I love onions but the flavor was so overwhelming. There was also a chunk of egg in it that I'm guessing didn't get mixed into the sauce correctly. Overall, it was extremely disappointing. The service was great though and the atmosphere was really lively since it's right in the middle of Little Italy. I would maybe give this place another try but definitely order a different entrée.

Made a reservation and we were seated right away. Love the outdoor seating. Server, Johnny, was adorable and sweet, but when our food came out, it was not hot. Toast was barely toasted. Food was about a 7 out of 10.

Let me start by saying Katie, our waitstaff was great. Always attentive and patient as we made our food and drink decisions. The food ,however, was a disappointment. First , when i made rez there was no mention of prefix menu. ( it was Easter). So okay i gave them a pass on that. But our clam chowder was inly lukewarm and our filet was overcooked. Could have complained figured it was energy i didn’t want to expend. The pizza was very good however. So my advice is stick to the things they do best... pizza.

Had a prix fixe menu that wasn't mentioned on OT or Yelp. It wasn't a bad deal...but let me be specific. Three adults in our party. Ordered Crab cakes, mixed greens, and the clam chowder. Chowder was very good; crab cakes did not seem fresh enough for a 6:30 pm dinner- as if they were prepped earlier and then warmed. Salad was very good and dressing was just right. Tried a cocktail and it was refreshing, but a light pour. We ordered pepp pizza, the New York, local sea bass, and Gnocci. Gnocci was good and would have been excellent except it wasnt served hot enough (a theme is developing by now); sea bass was unremarkable, but not bad. They ran out of new york but offered a filet mignon as a substitute. The filet was temder, but again, served just above warm. The 🍕 was very good. Ordered the chocolat mousse for dessert but was informed that they were out so subbed for a read pudding that was actually served just the rigbt temp (yay!). Overall, ot a bad meal, just fell short of a $200+ meal.

Prime Little Italy location, however, there are other choices to explore. I would recommend as a ‘safe’ choice, but for the price, better value for your money and time, may be rewarded within walking distance.

We always have a nice meal at Farmer's Table. We all enjoyed appetizers (artichoke was delicious! Octopus was well done). I had the salad with butternut squash and shared the prosciutto pizza, which was absolutely delicious. Others had some pasta dishes, which I did not taste, but they all enjoyed. Had the Pig cocktail - a bit disappointed it wasn't in the pig cup, but the waitress said people stole them all. :( Will return many times.

Probably some of the worst food we've had dining out in San Diego. Ever. Was super excited when I saw octopus on their menu - part of the reason I made the res, as it is my favorite. Ordered it as one of our appetizers - it never came. Ordered one of the "jars" to be served with bread. Rather than a mason jar, the mushroom and olive tamponade came in a bowl. Both the spread and the bread were flavorless. Negroni was good but a super small pour. Both of the guys had the filets - they were inedible, soaked in some weird thick sauce and a bad cut of meat. My swordfish was awful - also mostly inedible. it said "roasted with fine herbs" but was more lightly breaded and pan seared, which I never would have ordered. They brought us a dessert to compensate for forgetting the octopus. The dessert was also bland and not worth the calories. Super disorganized and overall terrible. Will not come back.

Great food and service! Our table was by the door that was kept open for the servers to deliver food/drinks, but unfortunately it was a windy and chilly night. I would definitely go back on a warmer day and recommend to others to try!

They only had one server in the whole restaurant so there was a line of people waiting outside. The hostess turned her back to all those people waiting and wouldn’t look at anyone or acknowledge them. Very bad experience all around.

I have always been satisfied with the food and service. This time however, the service was very slow and had to ask for our server 3 times regarding one of the entrees.

Didn't really get an apology or proactive steps to make the experience better.

Very positive experience here. The waitstaff was kind and attentive. I loved the blackberry lemonade drink. The prosciutto and arugula pizza is absolutely incredible! Their charcuterie board is sizable and appropriately priced for how much you receive. Tables were spaced out appropriately. Would definitely return!!

Pizza had a weird burnt aftertaste to it and took a while to come out. It honestly felt like they had forgotten about us and the time I had been here before seemed to me like the servers were more interested in the guests. I didn’t feel that way this time around.
