    This was by FAR the worst culinary experience of my life. Food was terrible, for the soup we all got teaspoons instead of spoons (we were told someone lost them). One of my friends wanted a Caesar Salad and they mentioned they were out of it. The turkey we ordered for the kids was removed from our table when we were not even done putting some on the plates. We asked for another turkey order for the kids to replace the one that was taken, and we got a plate of left over turkey with no maned potatoes or broccolini. We ordered desert (apple pie) and all of them were absolutely cold, straight from the refrigerator; they did not even bother to warm them up. The staff was rushing us and had to call the waiter multiple times as he kept on moving away. Before the restaurant was closed and we left, the wait staff was doing shots at the bar (we saw three of them doing this). The price of what we paid for what we got, is absolutely outrageous. We paid the same at Born and Raised the day prior and had a wonderful experience there. We were there for Thanksgiving Dinner, which we by the way, had reserved in advance. Please do not spend your time or money at this place.

    We had brunch on Thanksgiving. The food was meh. Margherita Pizza was doughy and undercooked, with way too much mozzarella on it. Calamari was rubbery and needed more breading. Our server smelled intensely of cigarettes.

    We were greeted by a hostess that looked like she just got out of bed. We ordered drinks that were never delivered until after I spoke to the bartender. I asked who I thought was our server (who we never saw again after she took our order) what the fish was in the Ceviche, she told us Shrimp and Octopus. When it was delivered to the table it was Salmon. We ordered a Cesar Salad; it was dry and covered in Parmesan Cheese. It was horrible. Overall the entire experience was terrible and I will never go back.

    Great espresso martinis, especially for someone who has sworn off coffee! I also adored their beautiful acai bowl. Their french toast was solid, and benedict was benedict-y :) service was great! Highly recommend if you're in the area. Sitting at the bar is also a great choice if you can't snag a table!

    The food took a long time to come. The calamari was chewy, we had it previously here and it was much better then. The entrees took about 40 minutes to arrive but some of the dishes were cold. We asked for refills twice before the entrees arrived and we did not receive them. We also asked for parmesan cheese for the pastas but we did not receive any. Our waitress was very nice but did not do well or maybe had too many tables to wait. For a $360 bill for 6 people I would have appreciated slightly better service and food. I expressed my concerns to the manager just before we left and he seemed very nice and apologetic.

    We ordered from the Sunday brunch menu. My veggie omelet didn't have enough veggies (e.g., two grape tomatoes , couple pieces of spinach and quartered slices of zucchini). My husbands jambalaya was a better choice.

    Excited to try farmers table during restaurant week. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. First, the restaurant wasn't doing lunch as stated in restaurant week's list. Second, it was very loud so much so that we had to speak louder than usual. Third, the service was terrible and we are not the demanding type. We waited and waited to place our order then it wasn't all there. Our waiter never came back to check in. Flagged down another waiter who helped us. Fourth when we finally got our bill, the waiter gave us a bill for over $200 dollars for a $47 dollar bill. When we finally flagged him down, he took the check and said he corrected it but couldn't show us proof. UT took getting the manager involved to get this fixed. So even they had a treat selection of dishes and we liked what we ordered, the food was not nearly good enough to make these issues acceptable. Dine at your own risk.

    i actually have NO idea what the experience was like. Drove around for about 15 minutes and could not find p arking anywhere in the vicinity of the place. So we left the area and went home. I was really looking forward to the evening and was quite unhappy with the outcome.

    We ordered breakfast burritos and Chile relleno omelettes. Both came out cold. The latte was about the quality id expect from a gas station. The service was also very slow. We would definitely not go back.

    We did get seated right away but then it went down hill from there. It was extremely noisy inside and then we waited and waited and finally flagged down a waiter. Then we waited longer - probably 15 minutes before someone came over to take our order. Then no one ever checked on us. Took forever to get a drink as well. Not a very good experience for our first time there.

    Usually have great encounters here however tonight I had a bug in my drink. The waitress came over after I flagged her down and brought me a new drink however I did have to pay for the second one. Would have thought I would have been comped a drink or appetizers for the unfortunate event. Tonight we brought a here to experience the restaurant, and for his first experience, and may have made him reconsider. I may still come back again. The food was delicious. But hope not to have that happen again.

    Food was delicious, as was the cocktail, a black Sazerac. Delicious. I had the pork chop which was fabulous and my wife had pasta which she loved as well. Our server, Marissa, was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great night out.

    Service was slow. They seemed under staffed. Had to flag down the server for silverware and they missed up my girlfriends order. They remake was tough and over cooked. The manager did stop by and took care of her meal but I wouldn't go back. This is the 2nd time I have been there and the service was slow because they seemed understaffed.

    I was somewhat disappointed in my dining at Farmer's Table Friday 14th July. I have eaten many times whilst on holiday from the UK in your Little Italy, San Diego. I do not find it acceptable to be asked why British people do not smile by our waiter. My daughter and I found it very judgmental to be asked such a question. So I am afraid our experience on this visit has left is feeling bitter sweet.

    Poor service, entrees didn’t come out together, loud atmosphere (although lovely music on the square). The Margherita pizza and broccoli was great— otherwise the gnocchi was not great and we were served the wrong salad.
