    would gave them 4 stars: service (Samantha was excellent) and food great, but the Farley redesign is not patron-friendly. The tables in the booth are too small, sized for three, and the tables on the floor are far too low that tall and even averaged sized people have trouble with leg room and have to lean over to eat. That during each of the past couple of times there we noticed a couple of other patrons asking to be reseated from floor tables.

    We go here regularly for breakfast with our two year old son and always feel very welcome and well taken care of by Nico and the rest of the team. The food is delicious, they make great coffee and I love the new design and ambiance of Farley

    First time diners here and were greeted by friendly hosts at the door, actually at the parking in front. The complementary valet parked our car nearby and in we went, The food was very good, champagne cold and great and the experience altogether enjoyable.

    At check in i came across a very rude encounter. She didn’t greet me in a professional way, she had difficulty finding my reservation, and when she showed us to our table, she opened the door to the outdoor seating and let it shut in my face. I was speechless, but let it go. I was not impressed with the coffee (press) - it was weak and tasteless. Our server was attentive but the brunch was just ok, nothing that would persuade me to want to return.

    I called to find the location for our reservation as no cell service was available in Sausalito, no one answered my call or called back. We had difficulty finding the location and there was barely any parking, recommend using the valet parking. Our waitress offered stellar service. Our appetizer, meals and drinks were outstanding in flavor and presentation. The setting is stunning. Prices are very high but it was a special evening for us. Farley's furnishings are oddly uncomfortable, the main seating Is too tall so my feet dangled, yet the casual chair seating had low tables that my husband's knees did not fit under. Our waitress found us a place to sit that was comfortable.

    This is such a beautiful spot. We like to eat outside and bring our dog (who can then run on the large open green in front of the restaurant). We have been coming here for years, even since we became vegetarian. This time, however, we were quite disappointed. The view is still spectacular, but everything we ordered was bland and uninspired (and pricey). It reads well on the menu, but on the plate it is simply lacking in flavor. Our waiter was nice enough at first, but then seemed to forget about us. Perhaps he had too many tables, but we saw him flitting about with other tables while he took forever to take our order. Once he did, we asked for the bread to come out first, which it did - 25 minutes later and 2 minutes before everything else, all at once. There was not attempt to give us courses, just plop all at once so the entree and sides were cold by the time we got through the salad. When we finally saw him again, long after we had finished our meal, we asked to see the desert menu and my husband asked for an immediate cup of coffee. 15 minutes later we were commenting about the waiter's apparent lack of interest when the busboy overheard us and conveyed our discontent. We finally got some reasonable service from the waiter, but not without a barely concealed grimace. Sadly, this is not the place it once was.

    Usually, I rate Farley much higher than tonight. There was something going on in the kitchen, which was obvious. The bartenders were in a group, talking and our server disappeared for a while. Meals were slow to arrive. This was a disappointing experience, especially since I had included two friends who had not dined at Farley before.

    The burger was well done and had aïoli on it, and my husband ordered it medium rare without the sauce. It took 40 minutes to get another one from the kitchen. The noise level was high value is poor.

    The room has been renovated. The fireplaces are not longer a focus. It is not as personable as before and the tables in the center of the room are too low. The service was good as was the food. The Farley cartoons should be rehung. The artwork does not really reflect Farley’s.

    We made reservations in advance and we were seated at an awkwardly positioned table and strange shape so one of our party had a corner sticking into his stomach.. the waiter didn’t check in on our table even though he had to scootch by us to get to the other tables. The food was good but overpriced. $100 for three people no alcohol and one of our party only ordered soup.

    We were here many times in the prior incarnation. The food was acceptable but at these prices, for this location, should be better. Excellent service and as ever a great setting. But if you’re surcharging $7 for umami fries with a sandwich, they need to be tastier.

    Great chicken sandwich and Mary's chicken salad/noodles with good choices of wine by the glass for lunch after the spa. Topped it off with coffee and cookies to share. Very casual atmosphere and attentive service by the wait staff.

    Food and service was great. The newly done environment is awful. Cold, sterile and not comfortable. It is the opposite of the former environment which is greatly missed by so many of us who came to Farley regularly.

    We had a reservation at Farley’s for 6 PM. However, when we arrived, we were told that our table was still in use and would probably be in use for some time. The hostess suggested we eat in an empty room adjacent to the bar. We sat down and made ourselves comfortable in the room and waited for our wait person to take our order. This didn’t happen for quite some time. Actually, this was the continual behavior of the waitstaff all during the evening. We actually had three different people bringing us things, and never knew who would show up next. The wait staff had not been properly trained and served from the wrong side as well as in a clumsy manner. One waiter actually handed someone a glass of wine from the stem expecting the guest to take it from him rather than placing it on the table. it was a crazy night. In fact, I’ve never experienced such bizarre behavior on the part of restaurant personnel. I doubt I will be going back soon. We all wondered what was going on and where the manager was. It was pretty clear to us that no one really cared that we were there or what kind of experience we had.

    The service was terrible. 45 mins after being seated the waiter took our order. After an hour he brought the wrong drinks to our table and we had to wait even longer for the food. For such a nice establishment one would expect a great experience. This was a huge disappointment. Horrific.

    We stayed at Cavalo Point and had breakfast the next day before leaving at Farley. The service was excellent and food was delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is fabulous.
