   Second & last visit. Service is still extremely poor. Waited for main course more than 30 min after salads. Then had to send back a raw rack of lamb (ordered med rare) & wait another 15 min. To top it off prices are higher than much better steak houses in DTC. We won’t be back.

   They were late with our reservation even though the restaurant did not appear to be very busy. The service was bad; the waiter seemed disheveled and rushed us, forgot silverware for every single course, didn’t come back for drink refills, etc… The food was decent, but for the price the service was not good. Probably will not return.

   Filet was very good one of the best I’ve had but the New York strip wasn’t very good. It was super fatty and gristly. Was not worth the 68$ but would be willing to try again in the future

   As always the Steakhouse did not disappoint. My husband and I shared the filet (it’s a good size),the tuna tartare, and mashed potatoes. Everything we’ve ever had there has been delicious. Amy our bartender is great and always has good recommendations. Justin the manager always comes by to say hello and to make sure we have everything we need.

   Overall, everything was good. Not great. Very expensive for what it was. The steak was good, the brussel sprouts were phenomenal. The asparagus was truly just not good at all, tasted soggy and soft. I thought the ambience would be a bit more up scale for the price range. Everyone who worked there was young which doesn’t exactly make it feel like a fancy restaurant. A bit disappointing for an expensive splurge date night. Does not compare to other up scale steakhouses in my opinion.

   My wife and I loved the experience on Valentines day. We were seated on the third floor with an excellent view of the mountains. The service, food, and atmosphere were very good. We will return for another special occasion. We would return more often if there were a few more items on the menu with a lower price point.

   We were greeted the minute we walked in. Our seating was a very beautiful spot on the third floor. Our server and bartender were very attentive. I had a glass of wind and my husband had a mixed drink. We selected a wedge salad, which was a great choice. Also a loaded baked potato. We also choose the larger New York Steak. I personally thought the steak was prepared in advance via Sousvide. Unfortunately, the way the steak was partially cooked in advance takes away the flavor we normally get. I hope they consider this information and change the way the steaks are currently being prepared.

    The service was good and we were seated right away. The waitress gave us good info and did a good job. The food was just ok, the NY strip had a lot of gristle and was cooked either medium rare to rare, I asked for medium. The waitress did ask if I wanted it to go back for a few minutes but I declined so that’s partly on me. The sides were enough for at least 4 people per side, but there’s no option to get a smaller portion. The cocktail was good, I had the Famous Fashion. My wife’s filet was better than my steak for sure. Overall it’s ok but it wasnt worth over $200. They should for sure make their portion sizes smaller for sides and maybe pick better cuts of meat if they’re going to charge $60-200 per steak.
