   Although we enjoy Famous Dave's, we were there when all of the wait staff had called in sick. Only one waitress for the entire restaurant! She did a great job but, one had to be patient!

   Although it's not quite the season for bbq, we had a wonderful time and delicious meal at Famous Dave's in Centennial. The wait for a table was minimal, food was hot and delicious, server was polite and engaging, the surroundings were comfortable.

   Would never return again, our waitress rushed the entire meal and made it hard to enjoy it. I asked the waitress about something missing from my sandwich. She stated very quickly “it doesn’t come with that unless asked for on the side” I told her I’d like it then and she came back and said “you were correct, the kitchen just didn’t know that’s how it was made”. Why does the kitchen not know how to make their own food?? That meal was comped which I appreciated but overall would never return here again. Service was not good, food was subpar at best and atmosphere was not it.

   I would have given more stars but was told open table overbooked their reservations by 40 people so we scooted to the bar to eat so otherwise we would have had an hour wait.

   We arrived on Father’s Day after making a reservation only to be told they were not honoring reservations because some large parties had arrived. Never going back.

   It was Father's day so a bit of a delay expected, but we had reservations for lunch at 3:30, when we arrived they said "lots of people had reservations and we are short staffed" so they just put everyone on a walk in list after saying 15 mins. 45 minutes later we were seated, missing the lunch window. Then, when the food did come out it was small and was not good : the Sausage was excellent, Mac good, brisket okay, pulled pork nasty [ parts at bottom of heap that should have been thrown away, not served for consumption ]. I am sorry about the short staff, but treating customers this way with poor service and worse, poor food, isn't the answer...next time say sorry, offer a free appetizer as a small token, honor lunch, make sure food you do serve is worthy of your name.

   I don’t understand if I made reservations when I did the check in I need to be in a waiting list… Worst services..

   Things were ok. It was just average bbq. The menu shrank from what it used to be, and not what I remember from the last time I was there.

    Unfortunately this time eating at Daves’s was disappointing! It was Mother’s Day and expected the food to be on point . Service was slow despite not many diners . Food was cold and not the freshest salads . Cedar planked salmon was taken off the menu which is too bad , a great vegetarian option. Overall all 10 of us left feeling it would be a while before returning for anther try .
