Spent $800 for my family of four. Unbelievable waste of money. Only took 45 minutes to get mimosas to our table. But hey, we were in a conference room so that’s good right?

Thank you for everything! My mom was so enamored by the harp and the service. We liked to food, maybe next year if you can offer more beef options instead of chicken (we don’t like the chicken that much) that would be great! The oysters were amazing and so were the desserts. More egg options would be better too like omelettes to order.

This is the 2nd year attending Brunch with Santa, and last year's event was much better. This year the food was cold, the selection of food choices was less, and not appealing. However, the cookie decorating box was a hit, and Santa was terrific reading the story. I don't see a point to selecting an entry time when everyone was there at the beginning of the event.

Brunch with Santa was an amazing event! The food was delicious, the service was perfect, the pictures with Santa were awesome. We are definitely coming back often to have brunch and for sure to the event next year.

Poor production. Certainly not worth $75/person + cocktails. The food selection was comparable to a free hotel breakfast. Not a fan.

I think they did a great job overall with the dinner. Only thing I didn't like was the ballroom setting. It made the event feel like a corporate event and did not have the intimate feeling to me. It was just my husband and I, so we felt everything to be stark and institutionalized. So not really great for couples, but terrific for families with kids, and large groups. The lighting was very bright even for being daytime. They could have improved the lighting. Servers were lovely and helpful at the dinner. The food was good. The prime rib and turkey were very good. The stuffing not so much, and the desserts were acceptable but could have been better. The hot chocolate was not hot enough to melt the marshmallows. The appetizers looked good, and salads looked ample even though I didn't try any. All and all, I wouldn't say it was good value, but it is Thanksgiving, and I think it was a good place for families and everything was acceptable. The alcohol drinks and cocktails were extremely expensive. It tacks on an extra $20 or more per person, per drink. I thought their kids tables were done very well, and the table's decorative center pieces were divine. The live music was so low, I could barely hear them toward the back (which was a real shame). I don't think I would come back again with just my husband and I. But I highly recommend for families and large groups.

Outstanding food selection! Not stuffy at all. Worked well for the children ages 5 & 8. Really liked my 4 pm reservation.
