Fairchilds Public House, serves as the central gathering place for guests . Based on locally-sourced ingredients, the diverse menu serves up favorite fare with a California twist. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour, Fairchilds Public House is the perfect spot for a meal or event. Indoor and outdoor spaces include a fresh-air veranda with fireplace nook, breakfast lounge, dinner seating, and a group dining room that holds up to 40 people. ***Due to high demand our outside patio seating cannot be guaranteed therefore there may be a wait when you arrive. If seating is available inside we can seat you right away if you have a reservation.

Stayed at the Hyatt for Easter. Enjoyed Easter brunch here. Great service and food!

We enjoyed Easter Brunch. It was a pre-fixed menu with nice options. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very good! We look forward to enjoying another meal here.

Our group of 20 ppl had such a good time there. Roberto, the manager is super friendly and helpful. Our servers Raymundo and Carlos are outstanding. Food and drinks were delicious. We are already planning our next party in June at Fairchilds Public House!!

My family loves attending the special holiday meals at Fairchild's! This was our first Valentine's Day dinner here. As always, the service was excellent and the dishes were delicious. The halibut was amazing. Highly recommend this local restaurant for both families and date nights.

For a hotel lobby bar/restaurant I was completely surprised by the wonderful food and such reasonable prices. Totally will go again. HUGE PORTIONS

It's basically a hotel bar with a restaurant attached. The vibe outside the restaurant seems OK, but inside the main eating area is less so. Harsh lighting and nothing for mood. The food is OK. Beer selection is not extensive. Still, it was fine for what we wanted (a larger group including a couple of middle schoolers).

The ambiance is excellent which is why we reserved it. The service was very slow. We had to wait very long for everything - getting our order taken, food served and our check picked up. We ordered 2 same drinks and we got one but the second one arrived almost after 30 minutes and i was done eating. It stole the enjoyment out of dining. The drink quality and quantity were poor. I didn’t taste the liquor in it. Food was okay and beets were a bit stale. We found an ant in our salad.

Did not know that the restaurant was in the hotel. Nothing special to write about. I had vegan mushroom pasta dish and it was okay. Good for a quick meal if you arrive late.
