I enjoy the overall ambience of Fahrenheit. It doesn’t give the same feel as if once did before (upscale) at all. It’s like you can come in any kind of way now.
bad service and food was not worth the cost. nice view of the city, but the food was just not worth it.
The quality of service was poor
Our waitress was awesome. The view from the restaurant is awesome. The ambiance was cool. I loved it there.
It was great
The food was amazing and priced great. I was a little shocked at drink prices for the area. Had a coffee & baileys for $18.
The food Was amazing however the service was subpar. Our waitress Gabby walked away while my husband was ordering food, cut him off mid sentence to go tend to another table.
The food was delicious, our server was great and the ambience was amazing. Wonderful atmosphere and scenery.
2nd visit here. Did not disappoint.
I will never go here again. The service was horrible. Had to wait over 20 mins for waiter to check on us and our drinks were empty. He was to busy caring his baby around than wait on us. He didn't care because he added gratuity to our bill. Food was not good either. The desert tasted like a cup cake you bought from a box that was pre-made. It was so loud you couldn't even here yourself think.
For as much as we paid, I would have expected high quality entrees. My steak was burned. The light was so low I couldn't even see to cut my meat. Overall the food quality was less than desirable.
We checked in on time to have to wait even longer because a party came with more people then they RSVP for and then about time we got to a seat we got a seat that completely blocked any view. The food seem as if was just thrown together. Only good side is we had a nice waitress!
Went for Queen Feast and had the 6 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes & greens beans. All the food was very favorable with nice size servings. My only complaint was my steak was almost half fat. After serving our food no one checked back to see if everything was good so ate around all the fat. We didn’t see our server again until she dropped our desserts off before we finished our entrees.
This was our first time to Fahrenheit and it did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. Our waitress Courtney A. was super nice and took great care of us. The Banana Pudding Cookie Skillet might be the BEST dessert either of us has ever had, seriously go get it its amazing! We will be back for sure!
The concept/design is very outdated. Feels like it wants to be a high-end venue, but decor is tacky, everything is in rough condition, servers are unkept.
I enjoyed my time at Fahrenheit. The food was delicious & the ambience was beautiful.
Three of us ordered from the queensfeast menu and one had the cowboy ribeye. We started with the ahi tuna, crispy shrimp, and oysters appetizers. We enjoyed all three and they came out quickly followed by our salads. Our entrees and sides arrived hot and were delicious. The only complaint is it took a little longer than normal for the entrees to come out. We had both the lemon cheesecake and the chocolate torte for dessert. They were very good. The view is absolutely amazing. This is a wonderful date night spot.
Great food. Great service. First time and we will definitely be back.
Will not be coming back. My wife and I went for a restaurant week and here is our experience: 1. We had a bottle of wine and our glasses were not refilled even once by the server 2. Steak was serviced without a steak knife. 3. The used plates after our appetizers were not removed prior to the main course being served. We would not be bothered too much by the above missteps of service, however after 5 minutes the main course was served, the runner arrived with our deserts and was determined to put them somewhere on the table. After mind refusal they attempted to drop off the deserts three more times throughout the main course, the attempt was made even by our server. We must note that at the last attempt we were having dinner for only 45 minutes since the moment we sat down, so we didn’t understand why we were so rushed. We did not expect that kind of service from the restaurant that proclaims itself as a rising star. At the end we were presented with a check that included 20% gratuity. We believe one should expect more where you spend over $200 on dinner for two.
Our waiter was great!!
You will feel in a magical place, you will eat the most delicious dishes and you will be treated as you deserve. Do not miss them!!!!
Really good food and very nice place. Great view of Charlotte
Sebastian was an excellent waiter and the food portions are worthy of the price!
Amazing experience, wonderful views of the city and great food
My waitress Tina and the rest of the staff was Amazing! She definitely brought a lively energy to the table that assisted with our nerves on our FIRST DATE! She will never be forgotten. Thanks Girl!
Food and service was great. Only complaint was outside. I mean I know it’s cold but they should have the stand up heaters out there so people can go out and be comfortable.
Excellent food. Great service. Nice staff. Lovely atmosphere
Excellent place to eat. Food was expensive but very ggod
All 3 of us got the surf & turf. Our son got a rib eye & a good size lobster tail. For some reason, they split the lobster tail for my husband & I instead of giving us each a lobster tail. When my husband complained about the portion size, they brought us another lobster tail. For $75 a piece, we should be getting our own lobster tail & not splitting it. Rib eyes steaks were fatty. You’re paying for the ambiance.
Hello, and that's not accurate. You and your husband "SPLIT" a Surf & Turf and your son had his own Surf & Turf and when your husband complained, we "GAVE" you an additional lobster tail to make you happy.
Couldn’t hear ourselves talk and lights so seen couldn’t see the menus
Our server was good. He was hard to hear and we had to chase him down a few times to order things
Great food, great ambience, great views!
Delicious food, outstanding view and exceptional service!
Food was amazing, view and atmosphere outstanding. Great service. Definitely we'll back.
Baba our waiter was amazing. Very helpful with suggestions!!
We were celebrating my husbands birthday and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience!! The food was super good and the service we received was great ! 10/10
Will be coming back very soon :)
Our Server Tina was attentive to my dairy allergy and served delicious oil with bread. And the Ahi tuna nachos was so delicious! Portion size was huge and flavor was fantastic. Loved the house made wonton wrap fried chips! My two friends enjoyed their dishes as well. Gorgeous night view of the cityscape! High recommend this place.
A wonderful night out on the town! The ambiance and service were awesome!!
The ambiance and view were nice, but I didn't think it was worth it. I had the wok-fried lobster with lomein. The lobster was overcooked and tough. The portion was the size of a large shrimp tail. The lomein was like eating soy sauce and spaghetti noodles. Two people with an appetizer, two entrees, and two drinks each came out to around $265. We aren't from Charlotte, but we told some friends we ate there and they said they would have steered us to another restaurant if they knew we were eating there.
