   I’m writing to express my disappointment following a frustrating experience at your restaurant this evening, 5/10/25 My reservation was for 8:30 PM, yet we arrived early and were seated earlier around 8:00 PM. Initially service was good and the server was attentive until we wanted to order dessert. We waited over 30 minutes for our dessert to arrive. One microwave mug cake. After we left, we were stuck in the valet parking lot for 45 minutes, as another car had parked directly in front of ours and no one was available to assist us. To make matters worse, as of 10:50 PM, while we were finally on our way home, I began receiving texts stating that my table was ready—two hours after our reservation time and well after we had already dined. I called the restaurant to report this confusing situation and to share our frustration with the valet issue. I wanted to ensure I wouldn’t be charged for a missed reservation. The person who answered not only questioned whether or not we had actually eaten but also completely disregarded my concern about the parking ordeal. We literally had to call the police ourselves to get someone out of our way. THANK GOD we didn’t have a true emergency and needed to get out right away. Though it was not fun waiting 45 mins and having to take matters into our own hands. This entire experience was extremely disappointing, and the lack of urgency and professionalism from your staff only made it worse. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the communication breakdown and the valet service inefficiencies to ensure a better experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. This completely ruined our night and the entire experience feels wasted. Also- if my reservation was @ 8:30, thank goodness we didn’t have to wait til 10:30 for a table.

   Food, service and ambiance was really good. Unfortunately, the noise level was so ridiculous we could barely converse. They really should put large parties on one side and private tables on another. We were sandwiched in between 2 very large tables and there was nowhere else for the sound to go, but our table. Prior to the large parties being seated, it was a lovely experience. Mason gave fabulous service!

   We went for our wedding anniversary, and we really loved the ambience and the views. We preferred to sit inside as it was cooler that day, but being out on the rooftop with a few drinks and those views of Charlotte was equally great as well. The food was pretty exceptional. The steamed buns and the crab cake was honestly the best we've ever had! The sushi was decent, I'd recommend the small plates over the sushi! Overall, they do continue to hold a great reputation in fine dining in Charlotte and are worth checking, at least for their incredible views!

   I brought in birthday cake to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and was informed at arrival that outside food could no longer be brought in. This was new guidance as of 2025, this year. Management informed me that this messaging was included in my text reminding when I made the reservation. I pulled up all my texts and it was not in the body of the texts messages and I showed management my phone. Fahrenheit would not make an exception which was disappointing. The views from the outside terrace are incredible and it’s really the main reason for the visit, but now knowing they don’t allow outside cakes for celebrations, it puts a damper on future celebrations/milestones at Fahrenheit.

   Hi Susan, As of January 1, 2025, we no longer allow outside food or beverages, which is clearly stated on our website. While we understand this may have come as a surprise, we do our best to communicate this policy in multiple ways. In place of outside desserts, we offer a variety of in-house options and also provide a complimentary personal dessert for the guest of honor as part of our effort to help make each celebration feel special. We truly appreciate your kind words about the view and hope you’ll consider visiting us again to experience all we have to offer.

   Server was excellent. Drinks were on point. View was incredible. Never disappoints. Had some appetizers which were amazing. Overall very hard to beat this place on a clear warm night.

   Service was great. Our server sunshine was fabulous and very attentive. Kind and generous. We had oysters with caviar and they were delicious. I ordered the pork chop but it was slightly dry when ordered medium but still delicious. Malbec was Devine. Lobster dumplings was unlobstering. We will eat here again! Request sunshine, she is fabulous!

   One of the best rooftop restaurants and bars in Charlotte by far. It is definitely my favorite for many reasons but never a bad view, disappointing food or service. It is always great and top-notch all the way around!

   Great place that you are happy when you find it. Everything was excellent and you cannot beat the city views, especially at sunset!

    Recently booked a reservation for drinks and apps on. Saturday evening. Food and service was superb. Vanessa was amazing. Only issues were that music inside was so loud I could barely hear my husband sitting right across from me. Also, outdoor terrace was very crowded so we left after our meal. Overall, still one of the. Enter dining experiences uptown.
