Excellent service. Everything was great. Food was delicious. Will definitely return. Next time I would go later to see the sunset.
The View was beautiful. The service could have been better. The waitress only focused on two tables neglecting other customers taking forever to bring drinks we waited 30 minutes to get a refill. Had to speak with the manager about the issue the managers customer service was on point a 10 he heard the concerning issues and immediately stepped in and addressed it overall everything else was okay. But I do think that server need to go back and get retrained.
We visited Fahrenheit on Father's Day evening, since we had never been before and primarily for the ambiance and . The weather was nice and the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. Bit of a road bump when the hostess seated us between the open kitchen and a column despite the restaurant being only about 1/3 of capacity. We asked to be moved to an adjacent table away from the column that would have provided a limited view of the city. She said she thought the table might be reserved (a 4 top next to the kitchen - who would reserve that particular table?). She returned to the hostess stand while we awkwardly waited a couple of minutes, and a manager came over, apologized profusely, and seated us at a table on the other side of the restaurant with a wonderful view of the Charlotte skyline. Each of the dishes served our party was excellent.
Great service. Great views. Great food. Definately a must go place...
AMAZING!!! No complaints at all. I took my fiancé for Father’s Day and we were beyond satisfied.
This is by far one of the best restaurants in Charlotte! Atmosphere was outstanding, food was incredible and service was beyond measure!
Good food and some unique dishes. Portion size was good especially for the appetizer.
Great view, food was amazing. The menu seemed a little small but the quality more then made up for that. Was very surprised at how loud it was could barely have a conversation with my day who was sitting right next to me, even the waiter was having to speak very loud just to be heard. Hoping the noise issue was just because of the time we went, with graduation parties, will try again at a later date hoping for a better experience.
Great food and service - especially for a large party for teen birthday. Server Austen was the BEST!! Charlotte nachos - for the win!
Yes and no... Yes for drinks and tapas; but no for dinner! Terrible!
The prices are very steep but that’s because you’re also paying for the experience - I get that and appreciate it. However, not when the space outside both to the left and the right is reserved and blocked off, for other guests to enjoy. So when you pay as much as you do and don’t get the experience with it, you feel gouged.
Even though I ordered my pork chop medium well, it was not dried out despite being very thick. It was very good. My other guests found their fish orders served hot but not over cooked, so everyone was pleased.
My daughters High school graduation
Overall it was a good experience. The food was amazing (the surf and turf skewer special was very tasty) and they had a great variety of food and drink options. Service was slower than I expected, even though I understand fine dining takes longer in general. I didn’t get an alcoholic drink until 45 minutes after I arrived (couldn’t make the drink I first requested, server didn’t tell me until about 15 minutes after I ordered it, still took about 10-15 minutes to get a glass of champagne after that). I asked the server if the side item for the filet had cheese in it, just to clarify since I am lactose intolerant, and he said there was not so I ordered the entree as is. The side definitely had cheese in it, I spoke to a manager and he got me another side (broccolini which was delicious). The server got me a glass of Prosecco on the house for the inconvenience.
Like I said, overall it was a good experience mainly because of the food but there were definitely points where I thought the server could have been proactive to avoid some of the mishaps we experienced. For the price, I would consider venturing out to other fine dining restaurants around the city before I came back for dinner but will be back for drinks and brunch.
We went for my brothers graduation! It was the perfect family restaurant for an event this special and a perfect scene to take pictures! And the god was incredible! Such huge portion sizes! Loved it and am going back this weekend!
Awesome dinner, shared multiple appetizers and had entree’s as well. Everything was delicious and fresh. Unique spins on their dishes with the use of various local ingredients and the service was great. Highly recommended.
I enjoy Fahrenheit. It’s one of my favorite restaurants. The service was good, the food was great, and the views were beautiful. It’s an amazing restaurant.
Bar service unpolished-hostesses and their demeanor don’t match the concept , drop menus and leave when seated -mentioned we had birthday on OT , was not recognized
Service was robotic lacking personnel attention
Food was tasty and well presented
It was extremely loud. Very slow service. But overall it was an ok experience
The menu online is NOT the real menu! The drink called ‘Dude, I need a ride’ is no long on the menu. The Red Snapper is no longer on the entree’ menu. Both have been updated with new items! Open Table needs to update their menu. View was spectacular...food was good (over priced but that’s to be expected) overall experience good!
I would recommend this Restaurant for the delicious entrées prepared by the chef. All vegetables are crispy and flavorful...
The wreck fish special was sublime. Difference between a chef and a cook. Specialty drinks also awesome. Great restaurant.
Even though it was a rainy evening, the view was spectacular, the food and drink divine and reasonably priced and the service was adequate. Our server was wonderful but I fear she had too many customers to balance. The noise level was loud but energetic. A wonderful diverse clientele and, overall, a marvelous night out. We brought out of town guests and would do so again.
The manager was extremely accommodating and friendly. He was an attentive man who went out of his way for us. He even spoke personally to my elderly mother about a small flub in the kitchen. It was truly appreciated. The server had less energy and enthusiasm.
Too loud, overpriced, and scallops were cold.
Very nice atmosphere! Food was tasty! The mixed drinks were pricey and not that great! On the weak side in fact!
Went here for the great view for a special occasion celebrating my daughters move to Charlotte. The view was unbelievable. Drinks were a 5 star along with the food . I highly recommend this restaurant if your visiting Charlotte.
It was the worst food I ever had in my entire life and it costs a fortune.
Was seated quickly, took 10 minutes for a glass of water, and was asked if we wanted bread, said yes of course. Took another 20 minutes for them to take our order. By time we got our food and was nearly finished they then brought the bread. Hardly seen our server, food tasted great, atmosphere was great, just the service was very poor
We had a 5:30 reservation but as we weren’t from the area, we spent sometime looking for parking. We arrived closer to 6:00 and when we checked in with the hostess, short person with dark long hair, she said just go look forward a table outside Simferopol you wAnt and never left her station to take us around. The outside seating wasn’t set up for dinner and the small table was very wobbly. So we went back to her to let her know we wanted to sit inside and again she told us to sit anywhere in the bar area. We wanted a table in the dining area so again we went to the hostess and another girl took us to a nice table that was set for dinner. Finally I received an email from Opentable asking why I never showed up for my reservation. So the hostess experience left a lot to be desired
Everything was wonderful! Our waiter included.
The bone in steak I ordered was cooked to medium as I wanted but the steak tasted like charcoal. I dont think I'll ever go back.
Birthday meal was amazing!
We have always liked Fahrenheit . The views of course is tops. This visit was a different experience. We walked in and it looked like a Beach party. Shorts and flip flops. It was 7:00 and time for a nice dinner and date night. We were in dressy clothes. It was a mess. When we visit a high end restaurant we would expect more of a dress code. Especially with those prices.
My suggestion would be they stop it off by 6:30 and from 7:00pm on they enforce a dress code. Our food was great. Our server was very nice.. The atmosphere was very bad. They lowered their nice restaurant rating as far as I am concerned.
Beautiful patio and good food. Enjoyed the scenery of the city.
My husband and I went to Fahrenheit to celebrate our anniversary. The restaurant is a bit noisy but the ambiance was wonderful and the food was delicious. We will definitely go again and you should as well.
Fast friendly service and the food was excellent.
We went to celebrate our anniversary and the service was so good. They were very helpful with everything . We got our food really fast and we were not rushed at all. The atmosphere was great 🙂
Overall an amazing experience. Unquestionably would come back again for the food which was phenomenal. The drink listing was spot on and my waiter Casey, he was knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions I have. The only issue I had was not with the restaurant but with other guests who were starting to get a bit too loud but once they made like trees my experience soared back up. The menu was too die for. We had the special appetizer, a regular menu appetizer, lobster Mac and the wagyu beef ribs. A little bit of everything and it was superb. I reiterate definitely stop by if you get the chance. You get the best of everything, food, service, and scenery are amazing!
