Locals & visitors alike embrace and crave this unique approach to dining out. The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed.
Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

Very nice venue as we love sitting outside. Even though temps were high, very pleasant in the shade and with fans. Slightly disappointed in the food. Some meals were praised such as pastas and chicken. But our steak flatbread seemed rather tough and dry!! Needed more balsamic glaze perhaps? And the Turkey Cranberry salad was just ok. But for the price; not fabulous.

We were visiting from New Jersey. Family invited us. The filet mignon was amazing. What a beautiful place. Will be back when we visit again.

Always great service and fantastic food. My favorite place in Sebring. Loved the Margaritas as well!

We went here before seeing a show at the Highlands Lakeside Theater. Our dinner was delicious (cranberry turkey sandwich) and the chocolate cheesecake was divine. We tried the Brazilian martini and the royal elderflower drink and those were wonderful too. It was a little pricey, but the atmosphere and service were worth it. George was friendly and served us well. Definitely need a reservation on the weekends...it seems like a spot loves by the locals too!

Great evening of food and drinks for the 8 of us. The drinks were spectacular and the burgers were great.
