Sebring Restaurants

I took my daughter and son-in-law to dinner as a treat. I actually had never heard of this restaurant- my daughter suggested it. The entire experience was perfect. I loved the decor- the Tiffany lamps and stained glass were beautiful. And I liked the it was quiet and the lighting was low but not too dark and it added to the ambience. The steaks were the best we have had in a very long time and cooked to perfection. I requested a horseradish sauce (not on menu) and they delivered a wonderful creamy sauce. Even the veggies were perfect and the seasoning and spices made great food even better. I would go back again and highly recommend it. And the manager- Joe- made sure everything was perfect. What a great place!

First, we enjoyed speciality cocktails at the bar. Perfect! Then, we had a nice, quiet table in the dining room. Our appetizers were Oysters Rockefeller and Calamari. We have never had calamari that was so tender! For our entrees we ordered Scallops, Prime Rib, New York Strip and Tuscan Rockfish. Our favorites were scallops and Prime Rib. But most of all, our server, Jordan was so nice and attentive!! We had an amazing early Mother’s Day dinner!! Finally, a top level restaurant in Sebring.

Faded is a Sebring gem! The ambience of the restaurant is unlike anything in town and the food is amazing! Service is always top notch!
