   came. The waiter came by about 3mins before our food was delivered to let us know there was a "delay" in the kitchen. Thanks for the heads up I guess? There was no comp, no discounts, no I'm sorries. Pretty awful service all around. We did keep watching the kitchen knock over plates so assuming our food probably hit the floor and they had to remake it. At least once the food did come it was worth the wait.

   Had a fantastic Sunday evening at the main restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and lively, the food was delicious, and the service was attentive.A perfect end to the weekend.

   We came here with some clients after a day of meeting. Food and service were great. Their different cuts of meat on the board were impressive! We will definitely be back!

   I would not recommend this place. The food was nice but the service was appalling!!! We waited 40 mins for starter, another 40mins plus for main course. It was just warm. We complained to staff & it made no difference. We had to ask for cutlery for our main course.

   Had an excellent experience in the main restaurant at Fade Street Social for a business lunch with important clients. The service was seamless, the food was outstanding, and the setting struck the perfect balance between relaxed and professional. Will definitely be back!

   The food was good but not worth the cost. I would expect better food and more options for the cost. The place was loud which is great for some but not ideal for families. Mostly the service was poor with long waits. Overall food is good quality and tasted good but the ambiance and service brings the experience down.

    I was, unfortunately, quite disappointed with our recent dining experience, especially after hearing and reading such positive reviews beforehand. We visited the Main Restaurant on Saturday, April 12th. The venue itself is beautifully designed with a warm, inviting atmosphere and an appealing layout. The cocktails were pleasant, though not particularly memorable. Regrettably, the food did not meet expectations. Both my guest and I ordered the ribeye steak with rosemary fries and peppercorn sauce, cooked medium-well. After waiting over an hour for our meals, the staff did acknowledge the delay, offering complimentary snacks and a sincere apology, which we appreciated. I must commend the staff throughout — they were genuinely kind and attentive. When the food finally arrived, however, the steaks were significantly undercooked, bordering on rare — particularly mine. The fries seemed to have been reheated rather than freshly prepared, and the peppercorn sauce was thin and overly mushroom-flavored. I politely informed the waiter and requested that my steak be cooked further, hoping for a quick correction. They kindly obliged and returned with a new plate. Unfortunately, the replacement steak was even more disappointing. The flavor was unpleasant — reminiscent of soapy dishwater — and the texture was extremely tough, almost rubbery. Even with a steak knife, it was difficult to cut. At that point, I decided not to continue with the meal. While the service and ambiance were commendable, the quality of the food — particularly the steaks — left much to be desired. Sadly, it was not the experience I had hoped for.
