From El Salvador to the Dominican Republic, the restaurant's culinary team aims to put the region's eclectic flavors onto one menu, serving empanadas and ceviche alongside Cuban ribs in mojo sauce. Even their beers come from all over Latin American, including Quilmes from Argentina and Modelo from Mexico. The Latin American theme doesn't just stop at the food; the restaurant also regularly hosts salsa nights with live DJs and dancing.

Fabian's did not show i had made a reservation through your page. However, they were able to accommodate us. Waitress seemed to take long to attend us and take order. She did not write anything and forgot what we had ordered. Was not able to take all our orders at the same time. It took over an hour to get 1 taco.

They didnt have my reservation but were able to sit us and even though they were short staffed they did the best they could to attend us. Waitress keep apologizing and explained the issues they had. Customer service made me determine i will return

It wasn't even open - we walked in and they told us to leave. Tables looked way to small inside - won't be going back

The service, drinks, and ambiance were good. My wife and I ordered the bandeja paisa and was not good at all. All of the meat on the plate was cold and chewy. I believe this place is more of a bar, I would not return for the food.

We have dined at Fabian's multiple times. Our latest experience wasn't as good as the others. It was very busy due to Funday-Sunday. The server took 3 of the 4 orders down incorrectly, which, though good tasting, was disappointing. One fajita taco vs the fajita meal just didn't make for a great dinner for my brother-in-law. The kitchen was so busy we never got the correct food before we had to leave for the theater. Sunday is busy with customers enjoying the Latin music. Still recommend this place as good food and fun is served.

The flavors and ingredients were so fresh! I had the best chorizo ever. Will plan to visit again!
