Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. We really enjoyed our dinner at Fabian’s last night! They have a fabulous special Sunday meal including Caesar salad, choice between two different pastas and a special chef’s dessert. We especially loved the Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese and the Pot De Creme dessert…butterscotch pudding, caramel, crème fraiche, and sea salt! Look forward to going back soon! PS….Excellent service too!

This was not a good meal. My salmon was raw, and I had to send it back. Someone else in my party had a hair in her cocktail. The quality of the food has definitely went down hill over the past several visits here.

The food gets more amazing every time I go. We the vodka sauce on the penne was the best I’ve had, the short rib was so tender and the special with the halibut had the taste buds exploding! Can’t wait to go back. Chef Carly knocks it out of the park everything

Wonderful place. Very nice patio. Great food. Outstanding service. I believe our server’s name was Patricia. She was a very efficient and very sweet young lady with great suggestions for making our meal and our time there more enjoyable. I highly recommend for a nice evening with family or friends.

The food was very good! There were four diners and we realized it was fine dining. However it was our first experience there and probably our last. Too expensive as every thing is a la cart and there was not enough food! We came away hungry! With my selection the vegetable portion was too skimpy two small fingerling potatoes cut in half , a dredge of spinach and a teaspoon of beans! I specifically asked the server when ordering if the vegetables would make the selection a full meal? I was assured it would! You are an Italian restaurant and no pasta was included as a side. Very limited choices yet the wine list coveted the entire back page of the menu! S

Rachel was our server and did a great job explaining food and drinks. The food was good and ambience was great for date night. We will definitely do it again.

Service with a smile. Ambiance is beautiful just wished they had tablecloths it would elevate the space. Food was wonderful the shrimp scampi pasta was enjoyed by our guests, and their fusilli a la vodka was delicious (omitted sausage) just wished it had fresh basil and slivers of fresh garlic & pancetta & it would have elevated to supremeness. But still super delicious. Nectarines salad was fresh and yummy but on the smaller side as well as the crab cakes just two pcs. Server should have disclosed and we would have ordered two orders of each. I continue to visit Fabian’s, because its food is consistent, love their patio.
