From Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the creators of Ettan, Copra and Little Blue Door, Eylan offers seasonally-driven Cal-Indian cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and a variety of proteins cooked over the embers and served alongside clever riffs on traditional breads from different regions of India. The bar program by West-Bev and Christopher Longoria draws upon the kaleidoscope of ingredients and techniques that make up global cocktail culture, while also taking inspiration from the culinary traditions of India. Wine director Andre Sydnor's program offers depth in classic regions like Burgundy, Champagne, Piedmont, and California, offering a variety of options for casual wine lovers while including more exclusive selections for serious oenophiles.

Our parking is located beneath the restaurant in a parking garage. The entrance is located off the intersection of El Camino Real and Middle Ave. If you are going north on El Camino Real, make a right onto Middle Ave (if going south on El Camino Real, make a left) and follow the street to the right. The first downward ramp leads down to our parking garage. This will look like an entrance into the condominiums. Once you get to the bottom turn to the right and drive until you find an elevator to the right along the wall. This will lead to our lobby on the first floor.

All children ages 5-10 years of age will be required to participate in the tasting menu at a $65/person. Children 11 years of age and older will be required to participate at the normal $125/person rate.

The food, ambiance, the host were all excellent. We had a special evening with friends and having it at Eylan made it memorable.

This was my second time at Eylan. First time around, the food was amazing. Second time i ordered all the same items but the quality has deteriorated. In fact I ended up having an upset stomach. Also, the service has changed, not what you would expect from a Michelin guide restaurant. I won’t recommend it anymore.

Food and cocktails/ wine selection was delicious. Server was incredibly knowledgeable and lovely. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We went there for my husband’s birthday. The overall experience was amazing. I have a small bone to pick with the restaurant that they made us wait for the table for 15 mins despite having a no late policy on their website. Secondly, I made sure to tell the hostess that it was my husband’s birthday and I would like a surprise birthday candle but the server forgot about it and remembered it at the end of the dinner after almost rushing us to finish eating. Other than this mild inconvenience, the overall experience was great and we enjoyed the food thoroughly.

The main dining room is so noisy it makes for a very poor dining experience. The acoustics are lousy. The tables are too wide so you cannot hear what members of your own party across the table are saying. But you can hear people at the table next to yours. Food was okay. Not exceptional. Demanding waiter who wants entire order from appetizer to entree in one swoop did not sit well with me …

Our second visit within few months. Food was excellent. Service was disappointing. We are a party of 6 so there was 20% service charge added automatically. I guess they did not bother to provide good service for extra tip. We were seated at patio and requested turning on the heat lamp. No one came. The water was refilled once during 2 hours. The pace of dishes coming in were very slow. When we mentioned the heat lamp again at the end, the same staff we requested it was no sorry about the miss and was quite very rude. We spent a bit shy of $800 for 6 people, with horrible service. Probably won’t come back any time soon.

The staff was amazing. We went with our highly sensitive team n law and they were SO accommodating. The food was amazing. And considering how nice it was it really wasn’t as expensive as I expected. Everything was great. The sauces especially

A/C was much too high for all four of us. We wore our jackets all through dinner. Service was extremely slow, but food was unusual and delicious.

Food was excellent. The table offered was not good . We had to ask twice to change . This left a bad taste . We will come back but if table should be decent
