   We came to have brunch and a skate with family. Exit was quiet which is surprising because the food was delicious. We had Crepes, Farmers breakfast and Avocado toast. Mimosas to drink. It was all delicious. Well done brunch menu. We will be back.

   Experience was fantastic and the food was some of the best I have had in Ottawa in a long time, our waitress was very nice and pleasant and keep our table updated on our food even when the restaurant was packed 10/10

   From the moment we walked into Exit Lounge for brunch, the space and vibe were on point—stylish, lively, and welcoming. Our large group was seated comfortably, and the service stayed friendly and attentive throughout. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles, and they were a solid hit—crispy, flavorful, and something I'd gladly have again. After brunch, we headed over to the skate area. The pricing is on the higher side, but the value is definitely there if you plan to hang out for a few hours. Between the smooth rink, great music, and upbeat atmosphere, both the kids and adults had an amazing time. We left happy and already talking about our next visit.

   When we arrived they said they had no record of our reservation. Given open table emailed me to ask me how our experience was, I clearly had a reservation. Service was extremely slow. Took 35 minutes to get a drink. Waited 45 for our food. Had to wave them down to get a second drink. The servers were very pleasant but seemed very inexperienced.

    Once we got to the restaurant, we waited at the front for 10 minutes before we were greeted. The hostess finally seated us however we waited another hour before the waitress came acknowledged us and finally took our order. I have never in my life experienced poor service at a restaurant. Worst experience ever. It is one thing to be busy but not to acknowledge or keep your clients informed is a disrespectful behaviour. The staff need more training on how to deal with customers in the service industry.
