This 30-seat restaurant, located at the heart of Olmos Park, features seasonal dishes in Chef Arturo Fernández Tasting Menus, as well as select à la carte items, where he shows off his immaculate talent and passion for Mexican Gastronomy.

For parties larger than six (6) guests, please call the restaurant to make arrangements.

Looked closed when we arrived. Restaurant is clearly on the way out. We felt like a painful distraction most of the time.. do not recommend

A little difficult to find and not what we were initially expecting, but the food and service were amazing. This is quaint “private” feeling restaurant that is definitely for foodies. The tomato soup was incredible and I highly recommend it. We had a party of five and the service was impeccable. Each of the entrees were amazing as well. We will definitely be back.

Excellent is the only way to describe this restaurant, it’s people, it’s food and of course the chef. This is worth coming to and just enjoy. Really good and it’s so nice to see people like these dedicated and performing every night. Go relax and enjoy.

It was too expensive for the quality of food. $45 for salmon that didn’t even taste great. The decor was strange, no one greeted us at the door, just overall not a great dinner.

EVO is really a hidden gem in the Olmos Park neighborhood. The food is just plain outstanding, the quality, flavor profiles are worth a trip to this neighborhood restaurant. We really enjoyed our dinner and experience of some very unique dishes. If were in a more frequented location I guarantee it would be more difficult to get in. As it is, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic. Unbelievably hearty fideo. Suckling pig had crisp firm skin that provided richness without greasiness. The restaurant location is a bit unusual given the quality. Will return.
