   This was my second time at ethos. The food is great and offers gluten free options, which for me is perfect. I love being able to choose what I want to and the amount I want to. A better selection of gluten free desserts would be nice, there were only 2 choices.

   Really good food, always seems to be something new to try. Great concept with weighing starter and main courses. Loved the mint chocolate truffles and the banoffi cake desert.

   It was a bit crowded and the staff wasn’t as nice because I felt that they were overworked - too few per customer. However, the food was delicious and I appreciated that each label had all the ingredients written out.

   Good food but prefer the vegetarian menu to the vegan menu which was more limited in variety.

   Lovely tasting food. Drinks service a little confused as they have stopped doing the smoothies on the main menu and the waitress was unaware of this. Food is charged by weight. Can get a little bit expensive.

   We had to ask to move from "the best place in the restaurant", since it gave primary view of the staff walking in and out all the time. Way to distracting for a anniversary dinner. But that was swiftly solved to our full satisfaction. Generally, service was really good. And the overall space was surprisingly quiet, thanks to some clever design of floors and walls. Much larger menu than expected. Enabled us to make choices. However, several dishes missed "the punch", or that special taste that should surprise you in a restaurant that class. Especially one fish dish needed even the basic salt & pepper. That said, the quality was excellent and there were some very nice combinations to create some pleasurable experiences. The deserts tried to make up for some of the shortcomings. They did in taste and quality, but it was way too much - though eating all of it could be considered our own fault. So recommended to go once.

   It would of been really good. But there was an issue with the fire alarm so 75% of our time at Ethos we were unable to speak to each other due to the noise. The staff were very apologetic but it’s not the point really. Some sort of token or voucher would be really nice so if you could sort something like £20/£25 off of the next bill, me and my other half would be more than happy to return.

    Lovely find! Went for my daughters birthday meal, lovely fresh flavoursome food! As a meat eater I was very impressed with the flavours and how filling the meal was. My daughter, who’s vegan, could and did try everything! Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The food is served Buffett style although they provide table service for everything else. Plates are weighed so it’s harder to stick to a budget however we ate well and filled our plates for a fair £13-£15 each. Would definitely return.
