Everything was amazing. It was very expensive for us as way too much food. It was prix fixe and we could have had any 2 of choices and been full. This is one of our fave Nashville restaurants. We will be back , but not for prix fixe.
We are going to sister ETCH on 24th with friends.
Best dining experience we’ve had in Nashville in quite awhile. So glad I found this gem on Open Table. We were greeted warmly, seated promptly, and had well paced service throughout our very excellent dinner. Don’t miss the octopus appetizer-sufficient to share. My husband did not care for the charred bread with special butters at $7.00; he would have preferred a small bread basket, included.
Departing diners recommended the Cobia and it was exceptional, as was the filet mignon. For fine dining, we felt our tab was fair and good value. It’s great to have fine dining in a convenient Green Hills location again.
We will be back!
I wanted out-of-state friends to remember Nashville's excellent cuisine with a delicious meal. They were so impressed! I am vegetarian and was happy to have the best vegetarian entree I've ever had. The setting was quiet, interesting people-watching and Herman, our waiter, was wonderful. It was the perfect evening! Thank you!
My friend came all the way from Atlanta to celebrate his 30 year anniversary working with CNN at ETC restaurant In Nashville. He was amazed with the dishes we ordered as well as the way it was presented. Our waitress Nichole showed the knowledge in each dish, entrees, dessert, and wine list. Her suggestions were perfect and We were very pleased with her service, it was excellent. We also want to thank the owner Ms. Deb and the chef Marcio Florez to stop by on our table. It was a big plus on their customer services !! We can't wait to go back again! This place is highly recommended!!
This was one of multiple dinner experiences at Etc. It is amazing that after dining there multiple times, the quality of the food, service, and overall experience is amazing every time. Always love starting with the bread and butter of the day offering, which also features new adventurously flavored butters. The asparagus with crab salad is always a great appetizer choice. My wife had the salmon special and I had the cobia. Both entrees were perfectly cooked and beautifully prepared. What is so special about these dishes is the blending of diverse elements that impart flavors from diverse elements that blend brilliantly and delectably together. Our server was friendly and had a wonderful knowledge about the preparation of the various dishes. She also had a wonderful recommendation for wine that paired beautifully with our food selections. Etc certainly vies for the honor of best restaurant in Music City, USA, where culinary art is now very much in evidence at a plethora of restaurants. This is a very special place, and surely will impress anyone who appreciates masterfully prepared, delicious food.
This place is amazing!!! If you like Etch, you will love it here! Our service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. My husband had the salmon special and I had the antipasto. The octopus appetizer and sourdough bread were our starters. We finished with the Apple crumble with ice cream for dessert. We will definitely be back!
Etc. never disappoints. Every time we visit, I love the experience more. The food is delicious and is presented like a cozy work of art. The staff are kind and balanced with their interactions. We always felt attended to- yet never crowded by the team. The drinks and dessert were all perfection!
We had a late brunch on Sunday. I had been wanting to try this place for a while as i am a big fan of Etch. It did not disappoint! I had the beet salad with shrimp and the flavor combinations were exceptional. My husband had the breakfast quesadilla which was recommended by our server (Herman). It was exceptional as well. Herman took vey good care of us and was definitely a big part of the positive experience.
I love this restaurant and usually order the daily special. This time it was salmon over a mushroom tamale with two sauces and cilantro. Spectacular. This woman knows how to make a restaurant better than your home food. We go back often as it is pretty close to our house but I'd drive 100 miles for it anyway. Her other Nashville restaurant is also spectacular but less homey and a bit more expensive. Here's to Deb P.
