Great food and service! Wonderful spot for times with friends. Love it.
Love this place! Great drinks, food and service! Will be back!
I so appreciate the ability to hear each other in this lovely dining room. We can bring friends here for a great meal and visit and have nuanced conversations with our server.
Food is consistently good— Chef is so creative. Love this place.
Excellent. The fish was cooked perfectly, and came to the table quicker than food at my local coffee shop. Small menu, wide variety, fabulous. We'll definitely be back.
ETC is our go to restaurant when we want a quiet place to have a dinner or lunch meeting or a nice night out with friends. If never disappoints! I had the new fish special and was amazing!!
Great! Loved our server Herman!!!!
This time i was very disappointed. Usually have always been happy with food and service.
Had made a reservation for brunch through open table and my friends who had been seated before me, had not yet even been greeted by a waiter or offered water etc. The trend of poor service continued with us having to ask him to take our drinks orders ( coffee was never refilled nor asked about) , steak and eggs were great , the Southern Benedict was so-so nut mostly it was the service that was quite terrible. we were not asked how the food was, nor checked in on despite it being only moderately busy.
Waiters attitude was one of being irritated at even being asked fr water refills ad the way he tossed the check on the table was quite insulting. despite being a very loyal fan since Zola's and Etch days, i will likely hesitate before going back.
Deb and her staff do an overall outstanding job of creating an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. The menu offers enough variety for anyone's taste and the service is outstanding.
We were seated promptly and attended to quickly. The server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Both in my party decided to branch out and try the special (a spaghetti squash quesadilla) that was amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I have eaten at Etc. several times for both lunch and dinner and recommend it highly to others. I will definitely be going again. Thanks for a great experience.
We had a great time celebrating New Years Eve at Etc. and the food was Ah-mazing!!
Fun New Year’s Eve night. The food was fabulous and the service was fantastic!
We have been to Etc several times and loved it. We took some friends on New Year's Eve and the experience was indescribably wonderful. The creativity of the special menu was second to none.
We wanted to experience something special for New Years Eve and were not disappointed. Menu was set for the evening including wine pairing. Incredible. Highly recommend this restuarant and thanks to Michael Grayson for his service and recommendation about experiencing the food and music scene in Nashville. We will be back.
Perfect place. Quiet intimate and great ambience.
Excellent food and service
We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary in Nashville
with family members and ate at etc twice, for lunch and dinner. On both occasions we were impressed by the attention to detail and creativity in the menu and food
presentation. The chef creates each entree with complementary sauces and creates two flavored butters daily for their sourdough bread. Waitstaff is attentive and provide helpful guidance to guests. Each dish was extraordinary. Favorites were a yellow squash appetizer. the red beet salad with goat cheese, arugula, bacon and yellow raisins, plated with a cherry sauce and a cantaloupe
with lime sauce. Be sure to call for reservations and enjoy the complimentary valet service.
What a great find! A little Gem tucked in to an unassuming Greenhills side street. Service impeccable, friendly and warm. Ambiance perfect for a casual yet still refined meal. Food absolutely delicious and exactly as we expected from a Chef / Owner of such high caliber. If you love Etch you will not be disappointed with the "Little Sister" etc.
Relaxed, elegant lunch spot. Flavored butters started a great lunch. The Mediterranean salad and soup of the day made a healthy, tasty meal. Service was superior. Dishes arrived and disappeared with skill. Service was attentive but never intrusive. Great wine list. Two of our party enjoyed the creative cocktails.
My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Eve Eve Brunch together. The level of service from the moment we opened the front door to when we left was impeccable and the food was perfect and comforting. We will definitely be returning and telling others about our experience!
Great! The server knew her stuff! Unusual combination of spices but really good!
Best place to eat in Green Hills. Very cool vibe. Great wine tasting. If the check out the sommelier list. Very unique selections. Craft cocktails are really fun. Food is to die for.
Each item we ordered was top notch. We were both watching our calories. I never knew lo cal foods could be so tasty. Bravo Etc.
It was a celebration dinner. Herman was fantastic as a waiter! All the food was fabulous. The wine he recommended was perfect for all the food we had. Will definitely go back.
The service was excellent. The food was quite good. The fish special was superb. I would certainly recommend the restaurant but it was not at a 5 star level.
I met a few colleagues for lunch and I can fully recommend etc. for a business meal or quick bite to eat during lunch. So far, I have never visited during any other time of day. I definitely plan to go back for happy hour. I think it would be fun and a good atmosphere for an after-work get together.
Love Etc, and our server Herman! Food was great, service fantastic!
Enjoyed Christmas lunch with a friend. The meal was so good that we tried dessert too! Really rich chocolate dessert was divine.
One of my favorite Nashville restaurants. This visit I ordered the fish of the day and it was outstanding. Service is attentive and professional. Highly recommend!
etc never disappoints. It is one of the very few restaurants in Nashville where conversation is possible. The menu changes seasonally and is always creative and well executed. When we want excellent food, an intimate atmosphere, great service and the ability to carry on a conversation, we automatically think of etc. We make it a practice to dine out at a fine new restaurant every week, so we are very familiar with what the Nashville food scene has to offer. etc is one of our favorites and has been since it opened.
Service was great, and food was outstanding. This was the first time I have been to Etc. and would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for great atmosphere and vibrant atmosphere.
This is my new favorite restaurant in Nashville! Food is delicious and the presentation is incredible! The servers are great and seem to really love working there! Craft cocktail of the Apple Spiced rum was perfect on a cold rainy day! Recommend highly to anyone who appreciates really good food! I have had the Butternut Squash Soup, beet salad, and the deserts were awesome:)
As always, spot on!
Brunch at ETC is always a treat. The service is warm, welcoming, and helpful. The menu offers a range of items from breakfast food to lunch entrees. Highly recommend.
Love this restaurant. Great location, incredible food, outstanding service. One of my favorite times to visit is Sunday brunch. Just outstanding.
Food was delivered with bread, but we had advised about wheat allergies. Then when redelivered, it was cold and "gelled". Trout was pale, flavorless. Dessert and service, however was excellent. But we won't go back, for the money, it wasn't great.
One of the best meals I have had in some time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.
OK, love Etc for a long time. But this is the 3rd meal in a row that fell short. FIrst, the good: the short rib appetizer was great. The charcuterie was good. The bread good. Not so good: One of us ordered the trout special that evening. There was so much on the plate it was impossible to discern what the theme of the plate was other than "let's put 5-6 different flavors on the plate and let them figure it out." I had the pork. BLAND, but, again, with bizarre accompaniments that did not hang together pumpkin and black beans and some other stuff I didn't get. Most bizarre thing of the night was "turkey dressing butter" with the bread. It almost made us both gag. Try something before you serve it! Then there were the desserts. I had the pretzel/chocolate/caramel confection that seemed old--almost chewy, and not in a good way. I noticed my companion did not eat most of hers. We didn't discuss it. My only hope is that the server took our mostly full plates back to the kitchen. I didn't want to mess up a nice meeting with complaints. I'll write this off as a bad night....but it was the third bad night I had here after a great start.
Great food, great presentation and great service. I believe our waiters name was Elliott and he was great, good sense of humor and attentive. I will be back and bring guests!
etc has become our Wednesday before Thanksgiving "tradition." My son and daughter in law drive up from Birmingham and we are all ready for a relaxed, luscious dinner...in a lovely but low key setting. It's been quite perfect...thank you, all who make it possible for that to happen.
