   An overall lovely dining experience enjoying different foods prepared in a way you would have never experienced before. Service was lovely as well, on point, not too little and not too overbearing.

   ETC. is Nashville's best restaurant, in my experience. The food is delicious and creative, with a burst of flavor--or flavors--with each bite. The service is also excellent; the wait staff is attentive but not hovering. Atmosphere in this relatively small restaurant is upscale casual. Tables and booths are first in the long room, then an open bar along the back wall and tables in a windowed area. There is also seating outside for nice weather. We've never had a disappointment at ETC.

   It was a wonderful lunch in honor of a birthday celebrant. My fried catfish platter was delicious and beautiful. The chocolate malt cake was outstanding. Our server, Chris, was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The hostess and manager were both friendly and accommodating. Etc. is a favorite place for my friend and me to come for birthdays. Just wish they gave a complimentary appetizer or dessert to the birthday person.

   The salads we ordered very well prepared and served. Food was delicious and I hope to bring my husband to dine here with me sometime.

   We had a lovely meal here… menu has some cool, unique offerings! Favorites were the salmon appetizer, the bacon appetizer, and the duck leg. Dessert was great, too. The host was especially kind and accommodating. Would love to come back and try more dishes here!

   Delicious food and excellent, attentive service as always. It was especially loud, so it was difficult to visit with folks we were dining with. However, it continues to be one of our favorite restaurants and is truly one of the very best in Nashville.

   We are a late lunch and really enjoyed it. Our first time eating there. The burrata was outstanding! The soup was inventive and just delicious. Our mains were delicious as well - the pork bowl and the mushroom bowl. Our cocktails were superb as well - our server mixed the drinks and even tweaked my wife’s cocktail to spice it up a bit. The first course was a little slow coming out but the flavors of everything else more than made up for that. Highly recommended.

    Always very interesting plates with lots and lots of components and flavors. Last night, we all had different entrees and they were all great. There is always one more dot of some fabulous sauce hidden on the plate to be discovered. The salads are large enough to share if you want to save room for your main dish, and they will do that for you in the kitchen. It's always an adventure to have dinner at etc.!
