Exceptional service and care. The rockfish crudo and duck breast were delightful, and the wine list well curated. I wasn’t thrilled with the chocolate bar, the textures clashed, but that could have just been me.

Excellent view from the window side seats. The bar area has congregating areas for parties; it gets rather loud. (Not an ideal area for a date or business meal.) The food is excellent, fresh, and inventive.

The food for breakfast is always good. Typical hotel prices. Guillermo is the best waiter!

The ambience and service at the Estuary is second to none. However, my guest and I found the food to be noticeably overpriced for the amount/quality of the food we were served. After spending nearly $200 for two guests, which is by all means justified for some dining experiences, being charged an additional $10 for water seemed a bit excessive. The only thing I would change about our experience is the seemingly inflated pricing. Our server was amazing and the food was served very quickly.

The staff were super attentitive and provided great service. The menu selection was great, the food was freshly prepared, and delicious! It was a bit pricey for breakfast but was an overall good experience.

Excellent service and quality. We were able to sit at the bar for dinner, which is what we like. Our bar tenders worked as a team, were attentive, but not overbearing. The cocktails, wine, and food were exceptional! We had the sea bass for two and I'd go back just for that. Dessert was also lovely and seasonal.

This was a birthday gathering. The atmosphere is very nice with great views. None of us cared for our waiter's style; rather brusque though competent. Cocktails were mixed; a few guests changed their drinks because they didn't enjoy. I enjoyed mine. Several of us order burgers and all of us were disappointed. This was the first restaurant in which we were told emphatically that the chef will only do "well-done" and there is no other option! The burger was tasteless and hard! No option, really? Desserts were similarly hit and miss. Some sent back. This is not the experience I sought and would likely only return for drinks.
