went for a date night - enjoyed the meal, but during these times, i missed the salad bar, will go back again..

We where tread terribly the Managment ignored use and placed next to a large party group and told use to keep our face mask on because it was inconvenient for the large group to have to take their mask on and off to walk by our table. I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant in my life.

Our first time there. We had read reviews and knew we couldn’t eat the “all the meat you can eat” offer so we opted for the “small plates”. Our server brought the salads and sides but there was confusion on our us ordering “small”. She said we had to have different plates and it would be 7 minutes for our steak, the picanha, which everyone said was the best after 15 min we asked and finally got the steaks. Sides were replaced after we asked because by now they were cold. Overall the food was very good but next time we would get the filet as the picanha wasn’t as good as expected. Drinks were good. Didn’t have dessert. Really liked the mashed potatoes and polenta. Would try it again. Grilled pineapple should have been grilled plain, not with syrup

We celebrated my mothers birthday. She really enjoys coming to EG. We have dined here for numerous occasions. We will be back for sure.

EG is just not the same - COVID changes aside- I can live without the salad bar. It was packed the night we went - service was slow, took forever for the sides to come out and the meat was not as free flowing as in the past. Not to mention the 4 rolls at a time thing - which lets be honest- eating ALL the bread is a highlight of going and having to flag someone down to get it just ruins the experience. The quality of the meat also seems to have decreased- some of it just wasn’t cooked right- and some tasted old. Overall disappointing experience and very sad because we used to eat here often but won’t be back.

EG Steak is a favorite of ours. They never disappoint. The food and beverages are always amazing. This time they made me a killer Strawberry Pina Colada. I loved it! The steak was delicious! My son in law doesn't even bother getting salad. He starts with Steak! Also, the servers are so attentive. We love this place!!

Rotation of cuts were slower than usual. Only three were being rotated around for an hour time frame.

The cuts of meat were delicious and flavorful. Our favorites were the spicy picanha, filet mignon, garlic picanha and ribeye.

Great food, great service, and great drinks!
We particularly enjoyed the Bottom Sirloin, Garlic Sirloin, and the Spicy Sirloin.
The Old Fashioned was well-made too.

I love EG Steak! Fantastic food and worth the money. My only issue was with the people seated next to us who brought their baby, who was constantly screeching. Not the restaurant's fault, but jeez!

Our first experience will probably be our last. Had a reservation but they kept us waiting for 25 minutes. Our waitress was very sweet but once our food came the service went downhill. We both ordered Filet Mignon and were told that it was an 8 ounce serving. What we got was 2 flavorless 4 ounce cuts stacked on top of each other. I would have expected that kind of food from a modest cost diner. Also the was a screaming toddler 2 rooms over that could be heard for the entire meal. We ordered $150 bottle of wine and had to serve ourselves for most of the time. Once a large party sat near us and our waitress forgot all about us.

Great food and really helpful with any questions on the menu. The pandemic has changed the salad/ soup bar but EG Steakhouse has done a great job adapting to the changes.

This restaurant is always phenomenal! The service, the food, everything is spectacular.

We’ve been coming to EG for years. With covid the experience has changed quite a bit and we know this is out of their control and they’re doing the best they can. But without the salad bar and hot dishes it doesn’t seem the price and value are aligned our waitress didn’t really do a great job explaining the experience and was unfamiliar with some of the side dishes on the menu. Wasn’t sure if some were complimentary or we’d be charged for them as they put them In different sections. Food quality like in most places has definitely gone done post covid which is a shame. The gentleman who came around with the meat was super attentive. He saw my girls not eating as much so he brought them salmon which was quite tasty. Hope this place does survive as in a covid free world it’s a great experience it just doesn’t translate well now. For the price point I’d say it’s not worth it right now.

Service is absolutely fantastic - everyone who we interacted with was friendly and informative. Anderson was very attentive - and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. They have a new dessert - passion fruit cheesecake - made daily by the chef, and it is REALLY REALLY good. Try it!!

They have done a great job on adjusting to the COVID era, tables are spaced out accordingly, and we felt very safe in the environment.

Apart from the always outstanding meats, EG Steak has always been about the amazing customer service experience for us. Ovie and the rest of the staff never disappoint. We highly recommend a visit to EG Steak house!!

This was our second trip to EG Steak, and just like the first time, this visit did not disappoint. All of the meats were tender, juicy and cooked just like we wanted. The salad I had was one of the best I'd had in a very long time! Our server was attentive and friendly. All in all, just a very enjoyable visit.

We were stuck in a corner and pretty much forgotten about. Server seemed as if he had too many tables to keep up with. We were constantly waiting for the meat guys to come around. When we were here on New Year’s Eve, everything was excellent compared to this visit. Don’t think we will returning anytime soon unfortunately.

Busy night so I only had 3 meats out of the many bc no one would come around. I had to go to work so it was a bad experience to pay so much and only have 3 meats. EVERYTHING took forever to come out, starting with the bread to the meat to the rice. TERRIBLE!

Definitely different experience from pre-Covid days. Salad choice was very good. Service got slow as the meal progressed.

The food and service was OUTSTANDING! We absolutely love coming here. We brought my aunt and uncle for the first time, to celebrate her birthday. Our server was very attentive and friendly. EG treated us like family and we will definitely be back!

need meat? go! Weds 1/2 price wine menu.. I choose the Red Malbeck , 60 bucks.. was excellent pairing to the selections of meats. Bring on the filet. Potatos were cold, simply ask for no chop beef to be added to the order, and they will be hot. Garlic fries yummy.

Love coming here. Staff is very friendly and explains everything. Food is cooked so well and taste amazing! Drinks are even better and so is the desserts!

My wife and I just moved to Dallas and we're looking for a good Brazilian steakhouse to try out. This place is fantastic. Marco's was very attentive, detailed, and really elevated the service experience. The salads were fantastic, and the spicy picanya was delicious! The pieces given out were huge chunks. I would have preferred smaller pieces so I could save room to try other cuts.

The only downside we had was sitting in the corner next to their private dining area. The door was left open a lot by the staff and the noise made it tough to have any meaningful conversation with my wife.
