Redfish was overcooked otherwise food would be a 5 star. Limited menu but I understand. Things will get better for this neat restaurant. I’ll be back.
Small plates are the best. Generous drinks. Nice atmosphere. Swanky.
We’ll be back:)
We booked for two, which placed us at the worse tables adjacent to the wait staff chatty hub. The chairs were too low as well. However, the precious hostess moved us to a high top for two on the wall overlooking the dining room, and from there a fun time was truly enjoyed. Cocktails were a good pour. Salads were served simultaneously with our split entree; which, though surprising, worked well. The wedge salad was marvelous, and the redfish/lobster entree TO DIE FOR! I suggest upon reservations that one seek knowledge of table placement and then prepare for a lovely dining experience at Estelle.
The restaurant atmosphere was awesome. It was a fun date night getaway. The food was pretty expensive and not excessively good. The server was kind, but service was slow. It took over 20 minutes to get our drink order and almost an hour for our food.
Elegant, delicious, wonderful ambiance. A great addition to Jackson dining.
This is Jackson's best kept lunch secret! Don't tell anyone.
The restaurant was it self was great, not even including the food and atmosphere!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our salads. They were beautiful, but most of all - they tasted amazing. The greens were fresher than I have ever seen in a salad around here.
The Valentine’s multi-course meal was much too expensive for what it was—food was decent, but not nearly worth the price. Better food at Manship or Parlour Market for much less of a price tag.
Surprisingly great Valentine’s Day dinner experience! The wine, food, and live music were wonderful.
Valentines night made very special with 4 course meal and jazzy live music. Great crowd, really great night!
We were eating there prior to seeing a show at Thalia Mara. The valet and hostess staff were wonderful. Our server was very nice but was slow at taking our orders from the drinks to bringing the check. I will say the restaurant and bar were extremely busy and per the hostess, due to the show. I like Estelle and will be back, just maybe not on a night were there is a big event going on.
Enjoyed Estelle before a show, they anticipated our need to be done by a certain time - looked like many theater-goers dining - and our food was delish - pizzas and Caesar Salad was excellent.
Christmas Day dining was supposed to be special, but no where on the email that I could find was it indicated that the “special dinner’ wouldn’t start until 5:00. We arrived for our reservations at 2:00 pm, fully expecting a 3 course dinner. As it was, we were sorely disappointed to be told we could only order from the brunch menu. As we’d already had a nice breakfast at home, we were stuck with a burger. Our table had sticky glass leavings from previous diners (which the waitress acknowledged, but failed to address), our waitress was very inattentive and, while our food was good, it was expensive and left us totally dissatisfied! Not the way we wanted to spend our Christmas.
Good food, great service, nice menu, reasonably priced.
Christmas Eve dinner, delicious & festive-complete with music
Service was poor. We were seated at 6:15 and did not finish till 8:30 or so. Overpiced. i am not sure if they were understaffed, but it was not that busy. When the food was served, i had to ask for eating utensils. i finally got up and refreshed water for my table because the waitress was not paying attention to our table.
Special Christmas menu. Excellent food and service. Second visit here, will continue to return.
Wonderful dining experience. Had three children with us and everyone was very accommodating. We greatly appreciated dining with you!
We attended Brunch with Santa. All of the employees were extremely polite and kind and went out of their way to make everything perfect. The food was incredible. If you’ve never been, you must try!
Negatives: Á la carte brunch menu unavailable with no mention beforehand, leaving only a $44 buffet option; all you can drink brunch menu limited to only one type of drink; more expensive than Manhattan boozy brunch spots which is bonkers
Positives: the holiday tree was pretty
Great ambiance, food , and service ! The staff was awesome!
Breakfast was great
Once I was seated in the dining room, everything was fine. I was treated like royalty, and enjoyed a fabulous meal with excellent service.
However, upon my arrival 15 minutes ahead of my reservation, the staff at the hostess desk was rude and completely unprofessional. They told me no tables were available, despite the dining room being almost completely empty. They tried to seat me in the lounge area. Then they told me I could only have the bar menu, that the dining room menu was not available in the lounge area, 30 feet away. I was properly dressed in a business suit. I can only assume that because I was a single traveler, dining alone, on Thanksgiving day, that I was being shuffled away to make room for larger parties of families.
I wasn’t having this nonsense. I left and came back 15 minutes later, and insisted on taking my reserved table in the deserted dining room. As soon as I sat down, the dining room staff took over and they were courteous, professional, and efficient.
This restaurant is in a Marriott owned hotel. I’ve been a Marriott platinum member for the last nine years running.
The hostess staff (Three or four young ladies behaved in the same unprofessional manner) should know better than to do that. I was told “all those tables are reserved” by more than one person. And yet, when I finished my meal and left the restaurant, at least half of the tables were STILL empty.
Completely unacceptable experience.
Making a reservation at the end of an afternoon TG buffet was a mistake as staff members were virtually sweeping under your feet in a rush to depart
Wonderful meal! Great service and variety
Had a group of 9. We really enjoyed ourselves, the food and ambiance. Great service, our waitress was lovely and attentive. We will be back!
Because the credit card system was down, we were limited to spending the amount of cash we had with us. We ordered one pizza and two Pepsi’s.
It certainly wasn’t what we planned but we had a delightful time.
The crust on the wood-fired oven pizza was disappointing. It was too thin and lacked the expected wood-fired taste. Toppings were tasty, but slid off of the hard, thin crust as you lifted it from the pan.
This place really needs to re-organize, change their processes or hire more help. It should never take over 30mins. to get a pre-dinner cocktail, nor should one be half-way through their entree before being served their glass of wine. Oh, and the 4th member of our dining party didn't get his entree until the rest of us were almost finished with ours.
This was our first visit to Estelle’s. Very nice dining room, wait staff Very Friendly and accommodating. Our meals were fabulous. I had the grilled red fish and my husband had the filet. The potato thingy that came with his steak was to die for!!! We definitely will go back.
We do enjoy dinner music but this guy, a solo saxophone player was just too loud for this venue. Asked for him to turn it back a few notches but it didn’t help much.
One of our dinner partners ordered Steelhead trout but we are pretty sure it came as salmon. Steaks were wonderful though I am not a fan of heavy Demi glaze.
Great atmosphere, great food, and great customer service. The chef did an outstanding job on our steak, it was cooked just like we asked!! Will be returning very soon!!
From the hostess to the bartender to our wait staff EVERYONE was wonderful AND the food was excellent. Well Done, Estelle staff, well done.
Love the ambiance and the food
We love coming to Estelle for a nice dinner. The service is alway friendly and knowledgeable.
From start to finish the experience was underwhelming. My server didn't bring a drinks menu until I asked and when she finally brought it immediately asked if I knew what I wanted as if in the microsecond that she handed it to me I could figure it out. I had the chicken entree. It was way overcooked, over salted and the skin burnt. I was so over the whole experience I couldn't be bothered to send it back. I complained but wasn't given a discount off the food. I wouldn't eat here again!
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Estelle and they managed also a delicious vegan option from their menu. Can’t wait to go again.
