I had a reservation but we were early. They seated us immediately! Our server was phenomenal! She was light skinned with a natural fro and a beaming smile! As a matter of fact, I watched a man be extremely rude to her for no reason and she remained sweet and professional. The food was EXCEPTIONAL! The bottomless mimosas were flowing and they were not stingy with them at all! The ambience was quiet even though they had the Sunday games on. I’d also like to add that our server changed the channel for us twice. Overall it was GREAT!

I think the price of a menu item that has an item that is not available should be lowered to reflect that omission. (If the chopped salad says it comes with pimento cheese and pimento cheese is not available.) Why pay for what you don't receive?

The wait time for food was ridiculous. I made reservations we were seated next to a huge party and we asked to be moved to bar area. After moving to the bar we waited over 30 mins for our food. The food was Luke warm.

The food was horrible the bacon was burnt and cold the potatoes wasn’t done. The service was horrible the waiter was not attentive at all. The French toast wasn’t done. They need to close the place down and rethink their menu and they need new management and staff

Food was enjoyable. Wait staff was very friendly but lacked training on details. Brought our entrees while the appetizer was still on the table. Things like clearing plates or refilling drinks were missing. No coffee of any kind available. Long wait for check when the restaurant was half full. Service did not match the experience they were priced to deliver.

Well! I repeatedly wrote in reservation notes to have a table for four by the window (best four in my opinion), the hostess still tried to give me the worst table by the service station. However, I asserted displeasure (not my usual) and got the one of four desired. Big difference! The small plates and Shirley Temples are way big, the 9-ounce wines excellent(though whites not quite chilled enough), and entree salads both marvelous and way too generous, champagne vinaigrette very recommended! one brownie split caused reaction of “two, next time” from granddaughter and friend. We had a ball!

The service was horrible . The jerk chicken appetizer tasted like microwaved chicken on a toothpick. After we took a bite of that we stopped ordering. There was music tons of weight staff standing by the kitchen and only one girl working. We stayed at the hotel and would recommend only having a wine there

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Estelle. I was seated at my reservation time of 645pm but an hour later I still hadn’t been waited on by anyone. The hostess came to my table once and stated it would be a few minutes once seated and then proceeded to state “there are other restaurants in the area also if you don’t want to wait”. In which I never stated I didn’t want to wait because as stated she said it was going to be a few minutes. (I was taken aback from her stating this as I’ve never heard anyone suggest competitors to someone patronizing their business). I have never had this type of experience while dining here. No one acknowledged us waiting and even when we got up to leave no one acknowledged that we had left. The restaurant wasn’t extremely busy and it seem the waitress/ waiters were only serving 2 tables at a time. FYI I’ve experienced Estelle on an even busier time during brunch and dinner on several occasions and never experienced this time of poor service. Ultimately after waiting 1 and a half hours myself and my guest decided to leave and patronize another fine dining experience in the Jackson area. I literally eat at Estelle at least once when I come home to visit but not sure if I’ll visit again after my experience on last night.

Girls Night at Estelle @thewestinjackson to kick off my staycation!! 10/10 recommend!! The vibes here were great ! They had some great 🎶 music playing throughout our dinner ! Food was delicious and our waiter was super helpful on letting us know the best drinks !!

The restaurant is beautiful. The seating was comfortable even tho seats were low. The food was very good. I thought the price was fair but my friend said it was pricey. They has soup and salad. The he only thing I dislike is the salad came after the soup. I’ve been taught for health reasons cold is eaten first followed by hot. Over all I loved it.

This was my first visit to Estelle, and I must say it certainly won’t be my last!! The atmosphere was amazing, even on a Sunday with not a lot of people there. The ambiance was everything, our server was great. The food was great as well, did a carry out order of chicken and waffles for my fiancé and let’s just say I want to go get my own order!!

The experience started off strong and great service, but it quickly went downhill. Some of my party had cold food, and the server caused us to be late for our show next door because she wasn’t coming to my table. I’ve been here several times before and usually love atmosphere and good service.

I loved the Estelle Experience I liked the vibe for Valentines Day The Service was good a little slow because I think they may have been short staffed but the waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu The food was great just needed more seasoning to my liking they brought out extra Cajun seasoning for my crawfish ettoufee the burger was good fresh ingredients but my fries were a bit cold I wish I could have gotten them hotter but I will come again soon it was a very laid back relaxing experience for romance

I was very disappointed in my entree. I ordered the Cajun redfish with cream spinach and lobster ravioli. My dish was cold, so I told the older gentleman that brought my meal out. He took it back and came back with a disarrayed plate and at this point my redfish was dried out.

The quality of the food is not worth the value. There was nothing special about the waffle I ordered. It suppose to have been vanilla infused with candied pecan, which was the reason I ordered it. However, they were out of the pecan and didn’t tell me until my food came out. My friends were disappointed with there eggs and hash browns and the lack of season. They did enjoy their drinks.

We went for brunch. I had the steak and eggs benedict and my husband had the waffle. Both were delicious. We found each staff member, the valet, the valet desk staff, lobby receptionist, bar staff, hostess desk and waitress to be so friendly. I mention this because it is rare to see these days. We felt like they were sincerely glad to see us and help us. I was glad to see that the restaurant served bottled.

Great Restaurant, very clean and organized, tasty food, and an extremely hospitable staff, the bar is also a total vibe with good drinks, and on the weekend there's live music playing. I always go to Estelle Wine bar and Bistro.

The Cajun pasta was way over sauced; it felt more like a soup, I asked the waitress to have some of the sauce drained from it so that I could enjoy it. The shrimp in it was extremely bland mixed with bland noodles. Not their best dish. However, The service was great.
