Excellent food and GREAT service! I've gone many times!
Food is good, noise level was insane. Not worth the price.
We enjoyed our meal very much. For some reason it felt like the selection was slightly limited to what we had experienced in similar restaurants in the DFW area.
Always delicious! A Carnivore's Delight, a Vegan's Purgatory ;-)
Fogo de chao way better. It was kind of like a bizarro blast to the past in here, music, decor, and atmosphere-wise. The food was fine.
I love this restaurant. It is pricey, but worth every penny(dollar). The wait staff is attentive, the buffet is fresh and refreshed constantly. The meats are seasoned perfectly and very tasty.
We wanted a special evening for our son who graduated from Texas State. It was a magical evening with impeccable service and delicious food and our family was delighted by the experience.
Food and service was fantastic. I would highly recommend, especially for lunch.
This is my sin’s Favorite place to go to his birthday. He enjoys eating all the meat he wants and especially likes the lamb steak and grilled shrimp.
We visited for our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff were amazing. They hosted us so well! What a treat, and I am certain that we will be back!
I truly enjoyed the dining experience. It's a one of my favorite places for special occasions.
It was outstanding. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Loved the salad bar too.
Food was absolutely amazing! I have never seen such a vast salad bar and it is included in the price of the meal. The hot and cold running waiters was fun too. Everyone wanted to help and just kept coming and coming with food and meat.
I took an office group and with the wonderful salad bar and unlimited meat selection everyone was happy. The service was excellent and ambience was conducive for conversation.
The service as always is exceptional! The staff does everything to make your dining experience the best. The meats are so good that we would rather go here instead of any upscale steak house due to the variety of meats.
This is my first time at Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse and I will never go back. I have been to other churrasco style restaurants, in fact I have been trying different ones throughout the country and 1 international location for over 15 years. The staff at Estancia was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The experience of this type of restaurant is to use your tongs to grab the meat off the skewer and onto your plate on more than one occasion the meat was basically thrown at me and I wasn't given a chance to even use my tongs (I know some items don't require use of tongs) but at one point a piece of flank was just thrown on my plate the blood splashed onto my clothing. At other points of my dinner my card sat on Green for 10 minutes and all the gauchos kept walking by not even asking if I was looking for a specific cut of meat or if I needed anything else. The table next to me was a very large group(about 20 people) the gauchos would only ask a few at the table(they all wanted the meats) if they wanted a specific cut and they would ignore the other half of the table or just was away when someone tried to get their attention for a specific cut.I was reminded why I keep going back to the same churrasco restaurant is because the service at their competitors is lacking far behind.
We really enjoy going to Estancia the food is always great and the staff is always so pleasant and I do believe that this restaurant still remembers what “customer service “ is all about!!!! We truly like eating and enjoying a date night or birthday here!! Thanks Estancia.
This was my first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse state side. Although I'm glad to have experienced it, I wouldn't come back again. There was too much fat on the steaks and some were too chewy. I was disappointed with the lack of flavor on the chicken breasts too. I was expecting everything to be excellent and although some things were great, too many others were not. The ambiance is wonderful and the servers are very attentive however. We'll try another steakhouse next time to see how it compares.
This was such a great experience. I went on Easter Sunday. I went on my own, as my family is out of state and friends had other plans. I felt appreciated and not forgotten, despite being a single dinner. Smiling faces, offers for help and a fantastic brunch!
We’ve enjoyed every time we’ve been to Estância, however, this time around, a lot of the steak was fatty. I prefer more lean meats. But other than that, everything was fantastic!
Enjoyed an Easter Brunch with Family & Friends.
Our favorite place! Been here many times, never disappoints. The change to add some additional brunch items is a nice touch.
Great meal as always
We attended the Easter brunch and our party of 4 was overcharged approximately $30.
We attended with a mixed age group of eight. It is a typical Brazilian steakhouse set-up - a copious salad bar, side dishes for the table, and skewers of meat delivered to and sliced at the table. They seat sections of the restaurant at a time, so that the meat deliverers can efficiently focus on only one section of the restaurant at a time.
This unexplained process means that if one eats more slowly than most in your section of the restaurant, your meat options are much more limited. We had folks who sampled very sparingly at the beginning of the meat service, ate slowly, and found it very difficult to get a little more meat. The staff were unfailingly willing to say that they would have the meat we wanted delivered immediately, but it did not happen until the request was made several times to several different people.
So if you are a slow eater who wants a pleasant experience, take everything as soon as it is first offered, eat what you like and leave the rest. Do not assume that you can pace yourself and have only what you want approximately when you want it.
Hi Robert. Thank you so much for your honest feedback. I will certainty share your comments with our management staff. We always welcome positive feedback and it gives us change to keep on improving. We hope to see you again soon!
We had a crowd of 11 including a 2 year old and the staff handled us beautifully! Dinner is delicious and entertaining. Everyone focused on making it a great experience for diners. We've been here several times for family gatherings and we'll be back again!
We are so glad to hear you had a great experience. Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely note. We hope to see you again soon!
The best Brazilian steakhouse I've had between San Antonio and Austin. I will definitely make it one of my stops when I visit Austin.
Birthday celebration with sister
Service seemed a bit off during this visit with long waits between servings. Offerings were extremely salty, more so than usual.
I come here every few months with the kids. Quality and service is always very consistent.
The food was absolutely delicious. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We felt like royalty.
Highly suspicious of MSG; otherwise everything was great
Went for a birthday. Very solicitous service and they gave us a birthday dessert. Food was mostly delicious with a few items that had been out too long and dried out or gotten cold. The lamb was EXCELLENT as well as the picanha. I’d return.
Thank you so much! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
The service was great. Some of the food was a little dry the beef rib and some of the sirloin. I think the food comes too fast and is delivered food in a blur. I would give it three and a half stars.
Thank you for the review and honest feedback.
I had a good experience going to this restaurant but it felt like I was being attached and rushed to finish my food because more waiters would approach me
Thank you for your feedback.
Great meal, service, and ambiance. Especially love the fantastic salad bar.
My wife and I celebrated our one year anniversary at Estancia. Although the food was great, the service left much to be desired. We've been to a few Brazilian steakhouses over the years, and were disappointed with the wait staff. I'm glad I didn't order a tea, because my drink was only refilled once. In addition, we sat for at least 15 minutes after our meal was completed before anyone spoke to us about ordering desert or getting our bill. I would give it another chance, but in all honesty Chama Gaúcha one of their competitors in San Antonio provides a better experience and is actually a bit cheaper.
Thank you for your feedback.
