Cold potato soup from bottom of crockpot. Hard bread. Waitress said to get a spoon from buffet after I sat down- but there were none there so I waved down someone and stood waiting for one. Very slow service. Had to wave help down multiple times. Buffet kinda gross cold or mushy food. Hot meats served to table were good and those waiters did well making rounds. They brought out little plates of things like mashed potatoes or cheese muffins and fried plantains. Paid almost $500 for table of 5 adults and one child and a bottle of wine. It was memorable bc it was different, but felt ripped off for what was offered overall.

Food was excellent but what set this place apart was the employees. Servers, gauchos and management were fantastic and very attentive to our needs during our whole meal. Drinks were overpriced in my opinion but beyond that there is nothing to complain about here. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the experience of a Brazilian steakhouse.

They told me to wait an hour for the next available table despite having a reservation. Made zero accommodations and it was Father’s Day. Would not recommend for special occasions

This was my husband‘s first time there, I’ve been before, but it wasn’t during the holiday and so it was much more pleasing. Of course, if you go on a holiday, you have to expect it’s gonna be loud. The service was wonderful. The food was excellent.

This was our first visit and we found the atmosphere to be very authentic to Brazilian traditional style(having traveled to Brazil many times). It was a little noisy given the open atmosphere, but the food and service made up for the noise. If you are looking for a Brazilian experience, this is the place to go.

First, we were never told that drink refills were not free. Secondly, I couldn't understand what the servers were saying. Thirdly, not all meats were served. We must've received lamb and this other meat at least 5 times. When we were about to leave @420pm, different meats were brought out. Way over priced. This was the 2nd worse Brazilian Restaurant I've been to and I've been to several. Not a great experience at all.

I have been to several churascarias in the US, Brazil and Germany. This is by far the worst place I have been to. Understand this is an extreme statement and I hope this was just a one-off. This was my first experience with this particular restaurant chain. My wife and I visited this location on the 12th of June. Restaurant was not busy overall however, there was one table with several people. 1). Our server was absent most of the time. We sat for several minutes for someone to ask us if we needed clean plates, asked us if we were finished and if we wanted desert, to get our check. I had to walk to the bar to pay our tab because our server did not return. This was not an issue of her being busy with multiple tables. She was not even on the floor. 2) The meat was horrible. Not properly cooked. Meat was not tender and was unevenly cooked. In one case, the meat was almost grey in color. Meet from a churascaria has a char / sear that is unmistakeable when done correctly. This was not the case at all. 3) Dessert. I had the creme brulee. My wife had the papaya cream. Creme brulee - it was curdled. Was clearly over cooked. sugar lay was way to thick. Papaya creme was bland and the texture was off. 4) Decor was basic. a bunch of tables in an open space. No real character. Nothing like other steakhouses. Needless to say, we spent a lot of money for a meal that did not justify the price. We will not return to that location or any of the others.

We enjoyed our excellent dinner because the food and service were both so good. One of our party used a wheelchair and the restaurant manager made sure our table location was good for us and we could take advantage of the great salad and soup bars. Can’t wait to go back!
