   This was our second time at Estampa Gaucha and we loved it as much as our first!! The service is outstandingly friendly and the food delicious!

   I’ve dined at many Brazilian steakhouses including in Brazil, where I had lived for a year or so. This place is excellent. I enjoyed what I was looking forward to - fraldinha, picanha, pao de queijo and the fried mozzarella - all excellent. The service was outstanding with a very attentive team.    We love the whole experience. The food was absolutely delicious and more than the food, we loved the service. All of the gauchos were adorable. I really want to go back!

   The food was delicious. The service and staff are amazing. The blackberry margarita was definitely worth trying. The manager was engaging with customers and encouraging to his staff.

   Great restaurant. We decided to visit this place as recommended for a friend. It did not disappoint. The service and food was excellent. Definitely worth the amount!

    My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Estampa Gaucha Raleigh last night. Our experience was less than satisfying. Our visit to this establishment when they first opened was much more satisfying. Customer service has declined immensely from our first visit unfortunately. We were ignored much of the time we were there. We asked two servers for a particular meat twice and were never accommodated. At the end of our meal a floor supervisor? brought us our check, made a strange noise when he dropped it off, and walked away without asking us how our experience was. I noticed he visited other tables throughout the night as well, but not ours. As we left we walked by the manager (who we had spoken to before) and he completely ignored us. Again, he didn’t thank us for coming or ask us how our experience was. Poor customer service has no excuse. For the price we expect to be treated better. We won’t be visiting this establishment again and would not recommend it.
