   Nicole was our server and was outstanding. Food was amazing. Labneh was a dip not to miss. We love the Bao buns and the Branzino was delicious. Overall it was a great experience!

   Esh? More like Eh. For a place trying to be “elevated,” they really need to step it up. Gave it a second chance and won’t make that mistake again. Esh is a beautiful restaurant, but the food and service don’t live up to the decor. Despite having a reservation, we waited for 30 minutes to be seated. They gave us complimentary champagne to make up for it, but it tasted like they found it in the back of the fridge. Some of their apps are tasty, and the hummus and flatbread are good. However, the overly priced steak is honestly terrible, and the cocktails aren’t any better. Service is non-existent; we hardly got checked on. If you’re going to portray a high class place, then the service better be good. Won’t be coming back, and just not worth the hype.

   The mezze was very good with the three different dips and the flatbread is outstanding. Main entrees were tasty as well, we ordered the North African halibut and the lamb pot pie.

   Lovely all around. From the bottom to the top. Our server was sweet and attentive. Food is next level Manhattan in Fairfield County. We can’t wait to come back!

    Food and service was fantastic! We had many items from the regular menu and also a pasta appetizer that was a special for the evening that we hope becomes part of the regular menu! We will definitely be back again!
