To book a table at Esens'ALL is to prepare for an organic gastronomic experience that's a little out of time. The 12-seat dining room is resolutely modern. The ambiance Warm, clean lines, contemporary furniture and subdued lighting. The soothing green wall sets the tone for a committed cuisine and the unity of a place where the essential is not in the decoration but in the plate. Chef Laurent Pichaureaux invites you on a journey, playing with textures and visuals. But for him, the most important thing is to highlight the work of craftsmen. There's no menu, no titles, just 2 tasting menus in 5 or 7 stages that change constantly. The signature here is an identity, not one dish more than another. Lovers of organic wines or the curious will have no trouble finding the best match for the chef's creative cuisine.
