After dining at Escalante's for decades it isn't what it used to be. The food was very bland and portion sizes small compared to the price. The drinks tasted like juice. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

The Cabo salmon salad is absolutely delicious. I'll probably order it every time. The queso is some of the best in town. I also want to give a shout-out to Alexander, our server. He was helpful, professional & friendly with our group of 7.

Margaritas are very tasty and they have a large selection to meet most peoples desires, from sweet and frozen to spicy on the rocks and everything in between. Carne asada steak was cooked perfectly but a little chewy. The queso and salsa are both very tasty and it was great for the business meeting I was having.

Lack of attention, no one came to check on second round of drinks, we had to flag down a bus boy to alert our waiter. Wine orders were incorrect- way too noisy, was like being in a kindergarten.
