Originating from our popular degustation concept Messina Creative, the restaurant has evolved and been reimagined into a savoury A la Carte menu, wine & cocktail bar where we feature gelato in all of the dishes!

Taking its name from our dairy farm, Erindale, Erin sources all fruits, veggies, milk & beef from this farm.

Located at our shiny new Marrickville home, you'll be taken on an interactive behind-the-scenes tour of our headquarters where all Messina products are made. Put your hand up to help decorate a Messina cake, taste test everything from our own dulce de leche, to freshly churned gelato and our own chocolates, plus you'll be leaving with your own 500ml take-home tub and our recipes book. Interesting food with all kind of Messina gelatos and sorbets involved, lack of service and communication with the order that we were served main before the entree bread 🤣

If you've got any reservations about having gelato with each dish - don't. Each dish was wel thought out and delicious. The new modern dining space adds to the experience and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new and of course loves gelato.

Great experience! Food was delicious (we loved the prawn toast combination), great presentation on all dishes. Staff was amazing, super friendly and attentive from start to finish.

This definitely rates as one of my best dining experiences in Sydney. The concept of serving a sorbet incorporated in every dish works so well. Delightful flavours and sensations as we tried each dish. Beef tartare and prawn toast are sublime if I had to choose a favourite.

We went on the Messina tour. The staff are all so lovely and incredibly generous with the food provided. We really enjoyed meeting everyone and learning more about Messina! It was definitely a great value for the money spent.

Fantastic experience. Haven't had this much fun with the playful food in a while. Excellent dishes, love the gelato themed experimentation. Staff were attentive and friendly, everything was moderately priced for what it was. Atmosphere, decor and ambience? Top notch. You love to see it. Looking forward to returning.
