   Excellent dining experience! The service team here is dialed in! We had the best server and dining room attendants. Everyone was extremely professional, kind and seemed to enjoy being there. We loved our outdoor spot as well. The live music was an excellent addition and really made the moment! The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The cocktails were also very refreshing and perfectly made. We loved the prix fixe menu items and were happy to view the menu ahead of time online.

   The hostess was lovely,the manager talking to her, not so much. Nevertheless, the service and staff were wonderful.

   Website did not say it’s Pre fixe menu. So, we went thinking lots of variety but of course it’s not because it’s pre fixe that day. Gratuity already also set so the waitress never came back and check on us. The manager was great he checks on people. Ambience of course is great because of where there restaurant located. Food is ok. It’s my first and maybe not anytime soon to come back.perfect for tourist and people dating but for locals… I don’t think I would recommend.

   Everything was great. Food is amazing, you’re right next to the bay, and it’s the perfect place to take a date.

   My wife and I recently celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary at this wonderful restaurant. Upon our arrival we were greeted by one of the managers and presented with a congratulatory card personally signed by the staff. A fabulous table was waiting for us along with Hugo, our server, who made the evening special. The food was amazing, particularly the rib eye, perfectly cooked. On an extremely busy evening the staff supported one another, stopping by to see if we needed anything and congratulate us. A great experience at the sister restaurant to Waterbar where we dined on our last visit!

   I love Epic Steak! This time we ate at their classic Copper Top Bar, the Bartendar was old school and great (you just have to have their Martini, complete with Blue Cheese Olives). The ambiance is fun, busy and not 100% Steakhouse (there are other great things to have). We loved our Filets. Fyi, it’s priced like a New York Steakhouss and worth it, not to mention right on the Bay.

   To get excellent service, delicious food and beautiful views is just so rare. Epic Steak has it all. They we so thoughtful, considerate, and they go the extra mile. SF is lucky to have a place like this.

   We use to go to Epic Steak every month, bit this time the waiter rushed around, constantly overfilling my champagne glass after every sip, which felt impolite. He also complained about my dog barking, prompting me to leave. I’d prefer not to be served by him again. That evening, a jazz band played great music, but the volume was so loud it drowned out our table’s conversation.
