I liked the environment, food decoration, and the tastiness.
Excellent food, great service but very pricey; worth it though if you’re looking for a nice night out!
Food was overall very good. The medium rare fillet was too rare, even a bit cold in the middle.
Service was too good. Tapas is supposed to be a slower dining experience. All of the dishes came out really fast and at the same time. We were fully served within 26 minutes of arrival. My friend and I were looking forward to a leisurely dinner but we felt rushed.
Service could’ve been better. It was my birthday and my first time going could’ve been better but the food was extremely good
From the hostess to our waiter Kinsie very good. One’s service is only as good as people,Chefs who are getting food and drinks out.It was a Sunday and moderately busy.
Dinner with family. Excellent service. Food selection was great. Quality was very good.
This was our 2nd time at Eno Vino Westside; the 1st time was more than 5 years ago. Our reservation was for 8:30pm, and the place was still packed. It was very noisy and the tables were very close together. We could easliy hear the concversations going on at the tables around us. The lighting is very dim, making it difficult to read the menu. This was not the romantic atmosphere we had hoped for.
We waited about 15 mins before our server even said hello, and another 10 mins before he came by to take our drink order. We sat for another 10 mins before he came back with our drinks and took our food order.
The food was very good, but for the price it should have been mind-blowing.
In all fairness, our waiter did give me one free glass of wine for our paitence.
Fairly noisy, prompt service. Mostly good plates but green beans were tough
Food did not taste homemade and was very overpriced in addition to the 15% surcharge. Kitchen was backed up so food took a long time to come out.
We ear her so often that the wait staff know us and make sure we get the table we like. However they really let themselves down last night. Our poor server was trying to cover too many tables which led to several mistakes. Food was often being taken to the wrong table. We turned away 4 dishes that where not ours. The appertizers came out in 2 pairs. So our soup was Luke warm by the time our guests bruschetta arrived. We order 2 Cher special salmon 1 regular salmon and 1 scallops with fries for the table to share. I special are out with 2 minutes. I suspect it was intended for another table. Then 10 minuets later 2 more salmon. Then 5 minutes the scallops. The fries arrived after we had all finished eating An expensive evening. Usually we love entertaining here in fact I have booked a table for 7 downtown to celebrate my husband 60th I may reconsider this choice My option take less bookings as we where packed in like sardines and get it Right. Most people happy to pay for good food but there must be service to match. You are setting your staff up to fail
Really nice wait staff and ambiance. Wine list was OK by the glass. Nothing memorable for a wine bar.
The staff is fine. Seems like they have a lot of new people who are learning so give them a lot of space for what they are dealing with today. The staff is certainly working under difficult circumstances.
In the end though. the food was just okay and not worth the prices they are charging - before the 15% cost increase surcharge. The food was missing seasoning and didn't have a lot of flavor across the board.
I hope this restaurant makes it. I think they have a great concept but can't imagine going back any time soon at the cost of the menu with or without the additional 15% charge on top of the pricing. The pricing model of the food doesn't make sense to me. Shareable servings sometimes had 3 items and sometimes 4. Chicken had 7 satays with 3 wontons. Just hard to share and very expensive.
We always enjoy Eno Vino but we’re surprised when we learned that they add a 15% surcharge on to the full check to cover inflation. It was a big additional cost we were not expecting and it’s the first time I have seen it anywhere.
The dinner was very good as usual but I may think twice about going back if they continue with the blanket surcharge.
Love Eno Vino West. We’ve been going there a very long time.
It was my birthday… we have been to many nice restaurants and for the price this absolutely did not compare! Our drinks were forgotten about…I had to walk up to the bar to ask about them after 40 minutes as our waiter wasn’t returning to check on us … there were fruit flies swarming our table… the food was mediocre. Definitely not worth the $165 we spent not including tip and 15% surcharge
Portions were way too small considering the price. I understand this was tapas but the prices were crazy for what you got and the taste was not spectacular. This restaurant applied a pretty big surcharge for our bill about 15%, this was completely a surprise and added a nice amount to our bill. For over $150 for just 3 people and 5 small dishes I felt ripped off. This place is a decent place only to go for a drink and maybe an appetizer. This is not somewhere to go for a good dinner. $20 for 4 little pieces of tuna and it didn't taste very fresh.
Flavorful food, perfectly seasoned. Great ambiance and amazing drinks. I wish the servings were a little bit bigger for the to share plates, but all in all very satisfied.
Eno Vino always hits it out of the park. We had limited time because we were on our way to a show after dinner. We really appreciated that our table was waiting in a convenient spot.
Our server (unfortunately, we didn't get her name) was outgoing, knowledgeable, and efficient. She obviously had eaten and enjoyed the menu items and was prepared to explain them in detail.
We had some of our old favorites: flatbread and truffle fries. We tried some newer items: the bewilderingly named 'airline chicken" and the scallops and sea bass, which was delicious but surprisingly high-priced at $43 for about 4 oz. of seafood. We understand that all restaurants are struggling and having to raise prices, but that particumeal item really made. dent in our wallet
That little wobble aside, we enjoyed a terrific meal in lovely surroundings.
Lots of fruit flies at the table. Not very appetizing.
Great experience. Will definitely be back again soon.
My wife’s birthday .. we always go there on her birthday
I was really looking forward to dining at Eno Vino for our anniversary. I love the ambience and the sophisticated feel of the place. However, things did not go as planned. First, it was COLD where we sat. And I’m hardly ever cold! It felt like we sitting under an air conditioner vent. Second, I started not to feel well while eating the truffle fries. The fries tasted great, but possibly were too rich for me. Or maybe it had nothing to do with the fries. Anyway, now I can say that the bathroom is as attractive as the rest of the establishment. Thirdly, there was a gentleman seated with several friends at a table near us when arrived who was VERY loud. He didn’t just laugh loud, he talked loud. We didn’t think he was inebriated, he was just LOUD! We discussed moving, but you could hear him all over the restaurant, so I don’t think it would have mattered. This, of course, wasn’t the restaurant’s fault, but it added to our discontent.
In all fairness, the waiter was wonderful! We mentioned being cold and he said he would talk to management. He answered all our questions and was meticulous about checking on us and asking if we were ready for the next course. And when I told him we would like our food boxed because I didn’t feel well, he was right on it and had our bill ready when he brought out the boxes. My husband had a few bites of the center cut filet and said it was delicious (and that is high praise from him because he is particular about his steak).
The only other comment I have is that three small plates and two sodas cost over $100. They are upfront about it, but are charging a COVID fee of 15%, which contributed to the expense.
I’d like to say, “We’ll be back”, but the prices may keep us away.
My first visit was a pleasant one. Our waiter, Jason, was superb. Unfortunately our order of calamari fries came out over cooked so we had to send them back. The risotto and the sea bass and scallops we amazing. I’ll definitely be visiting again, but maybe I’ll stay away from the fried options.
The food was perfect as always!
I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about the shareables but all turned out good. Although service was slow (I believe our waitress was new) the food was excellent. Her suggestion of two items per person needs to be adjusted as one shareable is enough for most people. we'll be back.
Love sharing these small entree plates. Variety is the spice of life!!
Very, very surprised that our bill came with a 15% “Covid surcharge”which was over $50 for our party of five. It was not mentioned when we booked our reservation. It was not mentioned when we were seated. It was not pointed out when the check came. It felt very sneaky and ruined an otherwise good experience. Service could have been better but I understand finding workers is tough these days so I was willing to look past that aspect. The surprise surcharge was not cool, especially as a percentage of our bill.
As always this establishment never fails to be majorly impressive. From the initial service at the bar to the table service everything absolutely was excellent.
It was a great meal. Good service. We really enjoy this restaurant.
Overall Eno Vino was a good place to eat. Had great wine selection and atmosphere was relaxing.
However our server was horrible. Took forever to get our order taken, took a long time for us to get our drinks and food, all of our food came our separate, our server never asked once how our food was and we had to ask the hostess for our check because she never came to bring it. The hostess was wonderful- but our severe was not good at all.
Really uncomfortable with the hostess wearing her mask UNDER her nose the entire time we were there.
There is no point in having one on if you're not going to wear it correctly.
I would have recommended Eno Vino West Side if she was wearing it correctly.
The setting of the restaurant was beautiful and very relaxing. The food was good and the wine list was awesome.
As always a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing and so was our service by Kim.
The special of the night was amazing! We've always hit a home run with trying the special dishes. This was a seabass on a roasted corn base. Amazing!
Really expensive for the quantity of food. Salmon and brisket were dry.
Had a wonderfully knowledgeable server who was very polite. The food was excellent and thoughtfully prepared.
As a multi time visitor to Eno Vino, I am always azed by their consistent brilliance with the food and service. Outstanding!!
Wonderful happy hour and delicious food. Unusual offerings. Will be back!
Delicious as usual. We ate outside, which is just basically in the parking lot, so you can’t really rate the ambiance or the noise. Service was prompt but not rushed. Menu is really interesting and creative. Fantastic meal.
Food was excellent but, they were out of a few selections (chicken and brisket). Plenty of other choices though..
