   I have been to Eno Vino Downtown many times. It is clear they strive to go above and beyond--fine tuning the fine dining experience. The low lighting, clean and precise dining room, and beautiful bar are just the beginning. The servers and bartenders are knowledgable on menu items and attuned to their guests' needs and desires. Unfortunately, Eno Vino Westside was different. While the food and beverage aspects of the Westside location were at the same parr as the Downtown location, nothing else seemed nearly as close to the fine dining experience we expected. The tables are etched with deep groves, allowing for crumbs to get stuck within. This was apparent the moment I sat down at the table, as the bright lighting exposed the unclean table instantly. We asked our server to explain the menu and she seemed just as lost as we were, leaving us to our own devices. Our water glasses were refilled once throughout the entire service and we had to wave a different server down to get a second round of drinks as ours had been empty for over 10 minutes. When the food was delivered, it was brought out sporadically and was auctioned off as if they had no idea who had ordered what. The other wait staff did not smile or attempt to clear off items that needed to be bussed, leaving empty appetizer dishes on our table until our entrees were finished. When the servers did buss the table, they stacked dishes on the table, reaching over and in-between us--a table of four. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 6 years, I would expect that the training the wait staff would receive at a restaurant like this would allow them to be more capable than what I saw on Saturday night. As it was my graduation dinner, it was disappointing to see how little the server and the restaurant cared that it was a special occasion. While I understand that the suburban cities and towns connected to Madison do not have the same expectations that Madison does, I want to see more.

   We were seated outside, away from the main dining area, perhaps bc we had small children. Food is tasty and well presented, but always leave here feeling a bit like food and esp drinks are overpriced for the market. Example: shrimp fettuccine dish is $29 for noodles, sauce and 4 shrimp.

   We sat outside, which is just a parking lot. The food is all shareable, except the bistro steak is hard to share. The wine was delicious. Food was fresh and uniquely done. Would definitely go back. Would like to eat inside, although the weather was perfect on our first visit.

   Really good food, but bad service. Seems like they’re understaffed. Drinks come at the end of the meal service. Dessert comes on top of uncleaned table with no utensils.

   Overpriced mediocre food. “Grilled beets” seemed straight out of a can. Mussels were very good; the toasted bread, dipped in the mussel sauce, was the best food of the night. We ordered one dish too many, but the tab, compared with other fine dining restaurants in the area, was shockingly high for this caliber of food. Probably a better place to go for drinks and a snack than for a meal.

   You can't go wrong ordering any item on the menu. The food is delish. We tried the flat breads for the first time and was so excited we did. Will be a new staple to our usual order.

   Our server was Horrible. She took our orders , others served the food. Then she ghosted us for 48 minutes. No one came to check on us , or ask if we needed Anything! Saw her talking with other servers . Had to Flagg her down with 2 of us waving arms high in the air to get our checks.

   Always a nice experience. Had the Two to Tango dinner special plus drinks.
