Lovely food and drinks with attentive ef drive service. What more can a diner ask for? If I were local this would be a regular dining out spot.

Most disappointing meal I have had at Eno Vino West. Restaurant Week is supposed to showcase a restaurant's talents and strengths, and they really missed the mark. Chicken piccata was fried - this was not indicated on the menu and is not how that dish is supposed to be prepared. Appetizers were very late, entrees did not arrive until almost an hour after we had arrived, garnish omitted from entrees ("we don't have our expo person here tonight"), even a glass of seltzer took over 20 minutes to appear. Shrimp fettuccine was very good, salad was fine, creme brulee was excellent. Red velvet cake was flavorless and uninspired. Given what wonderful service and food we have had in the past, this was a surprising and concerning experience.

Food was fantastic. Service not very good. Waitress was not aware of what needed to be done. Slow getting water and drinks. When she brought food out only brought 2 meals out and had to be reminded to get third meal. Was pleasant enough but unless she was new and still learning she should really not be a waitress. Hopefully she will learn. Manager did give us gift certificates when I pointed out problem which I usually don’t do.

Nicely inviting and comfortable evening of tapas and well chosen wine and cocktail list. Our food was spectacular, the beets with paprika oil and whipped goat cheese had phenomenal flavor. Thanks for a great evening EVWS !

For Eno Vino we had a very disappointing experience. It began with our waitress not knowing what a Chianti wine was. She came back three times to clarify. Then we ordered a bottle only to have the wait staff not know how to open a bottle of wine. It took nearly an hour before we received wine or any food. We have been to Eno before, and are used to the food being paced based on what we order. Not this time, we got beans before bruschetta. Then our other options arrived all at once. We were there to celebrate the anniversary of our business. It was such a disappointing experience. We won’t be back to the west side location.

We've gone to Eno Vino on Junction Road for some time now. We actually like it better than the one downtown, as the service tends to be friendly. This time, the service and the food were exceptional. We were at Eno Vino to celebrate my husband's birthday with some friends. Our server and the woman she was training were prompt and friendly. While there was one small mistake in the bills (they put our friends' drinks on our bill and visa versa), they corrected it quickly with no complaints. A lovely, added touch was my husband's dessert was free and they wrote "Happy Birthday" in chocolate on the plate. The rest of what we ordered was delicious from the flat breads, to the green beans, maui-maui (the BEST dish on the menu), the oyster dish, and lobster--all very good and fresh. While we expect good food--we've almost never had a bad meal in the 9 or 10 years we've been going--it's the service that I want to mention. A few years ago, we went to Eno Vino for my birthday. My husband made it clear it was my birthday, but the server did not acknowledge it any way at all. In fact, the experience that night was unpleasant enough that we stopped going there for a while. So thank you for the thoughtful, attentive service the other night!

Haven't been to this restaurant in a long time. It was good. They did update their menu slightly which was necessary. Flatbreads are good, but very pricey. Pork tacos and Green Beans are always good. Would love to see a by the glass wine update. Average selection compared to some other restaurants in the area. A wine bar should have a wide selection of fine wines.

I have been to Eno Vino Downtown many times. It is clear they strive to go above and beyond--fine tuning the fine dining experience. The low lighting, clean and precise dining room, and beautiful bar are just the beginning. The servers and bartenders are knowledgable on menu items and attuned to their guests' needs and desires. Unfortunately, Eno Vino Westside was different. While the food and beverage aspects of the Westside location were at the same parr as the Downtown location, nothing else seemed nearly as close to the fine dining experience we expected. The tables are etched with deep groves, allowing for crumbs to get stuck within. This was apparent the moment I sat down at the table, as the bright lighting exposed the unclean table instantly. We asked our server to explain the menu and she seemed just as lost as we were, leaving us to our own devices. Our water glasses were refilled once throughout the entire service and we had to wave a different server down to get a second round of drinks as ours had been empty for over 10 minutes. When the food was delivered, it was brought out sporadically and was auctioned off as if they had no idea who had ordered what. The other wait staff did not smile or attempt to clear off items that needed to be bussed, leaving empty appetizer dishes on our table until our entrees were finished. When the servers did buss the table, they stacked dishes on the table, reaching over and in-between us--a table of four. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 6 years, I would expect that the training the wait staff would receive at a restaurant like this would allow them to be more capable than what I saw on Saturday night. As it was my graduation dinner, it was disappointing to see how little the server and the restaurant cared that it was a special occasion. While I understand that the suburban cities and towns connected to Madison do not have the same expectations that Madison does, I want to see more.

We were seated outside, away from the main dining area, perhaps bc we had small children. Food is tasty and well presented, but always leave here feeling a bit like food and esp drinks are overpriced for the market. Example: shrimp fettuccine dish is $29 for noodles, sauce and 4 shrimp.
