   We went to Enchanted Forest for my Birthday and we had the 4 fondue meals- Believe me they are enough for 4 people to eat, it was delicious, I high recommend them. Julie

   It was okay. The inside is super cool and we loved the theme, however, the quality of the food for the price of it was less than ideal. Was a cool experience but we will probably not come back.

   Some of the food was good, but the 2 steaks were extremely undercooked and layered with gristle. One wasn’t worth sending back. I think a new cook is in order.

   Theme is awesome. Servers are great. Food is yummy. Location is cool 'cause there's so many cool shops around placerville. Always have a memorable time coming here.

   The place it’s amazing! We love the ambiance, the decoration and the music!! Everyone it’s very nice and the service it’s great. The food… the food it’s SO DELICIOUS!! Everything we’ve tried has been perfect and good, the drinks are really good too! The Meade and kombucha it something you should try!!

   Fondue was mediocre. Cheese was not creamy and rubbery. The sauces for the meat fondue came from a jar and the selection of sauces was limited and all tasted similar.

    Made the reservation for a birthday. Showed up 5 min early and the goatee ran out of menus and sat us without them. Came back a few minutes later and brought the menus. We sat for over 10 minutes and never had a waitress or server come to our table to take a drink order. After continuing to wait, watching waitress walk by and not stop we decided to leave so we could get food somewhere since we were paying a sitter. As we walked out I placed the menus back in the hostess stand and she asked how our experience was. We told her we wouldn’t know, no one ever came to serve us so we decided our business was best served somewhere else. I was really looking forward to trying the full experience but maybe when they get staffed properly.

    Food was very overpriced. Kids meals are not really kid friendly. Three of the kids had the grilled cheese sandwich, which none of them could eat. Who puts white cheese, not sure if it was Swiss, on a grill cheese sandwich, which had no taste. $22.00 for a kid's combo meal, which consists of a drink, entree, fruit bowl (small) and a mini chocolate fondue, which had fruit, mint Oreo cookie (what kid eats mint), sugar cookie, marshmallow and some other cookie/cake thing that no one knew what it was. I had the Whiskey Shrimp, which came in some kid of soup and the tails were still on the shrimp! Really! Anyway, we were excited to experience this restaurant, but will not return. I have already told 3 people my experience and told them not to go. Oh, and don't order the iced tea! Awful!!

    I want to try this restaurant again! We got the worst spot in the house near the bathroom and squeezed between 2 railings. I get why the table is there, but it might be better suited as a server station. I want to be immersed in the ambiance, but unfortunately this time, all I saw was the light from the bathroom and people walking in and out.

    Atmosphere was a nice change. The menu is also much different than our local selection. We had the braised beef ($39 for small portion) and vegetable pasty ($26). Both were very good. This was our first time dining here. The on-line menu did not reflect their actual menu, so we were a bit surprised to see the prices were significantly more. We will be back, but only for special occasions because of the steep prices.

    Went there for Valentine’s Day and it was an absolute disaster (aka S h1t show). Our sever was great but overwhelmed. The restaurant tried to do fondue on every table and had overloaded the circuit which kept tripping the fuse. The owner, Kaitlyn, just kept flipping it back and it would trip in a minute or two. Couldn’t keep the broth hot enough to cook meats so we left in the middle of the meal. And to be honest what they provided for $59/person was laughable. Unfortunately it was my girlfriend’s and I first Valentine together and it got pretty ruined. It started off bad when they tried to seat us at the bar and the cloth covered bar stools were stained and filthy, it got worse from there and the owner while being nice enough is kind of clueless. She should have called it a night after the first service didn’t work out. Hats off to the waitstaff and crew who did their best under extremely difficult circumstances. I seriously doubt we’d step foot in there again.

    Such a cute place! The fondue was good. The cheese was our favorite!! The fairy light crowns are a nice touch. Everything is a bit worn, but it’s a unique spot and a great date night! There was an Irish band playing that was fun!

    This is a very nice restaurant with amazing salads and dinner crepes. There are good vegan and gluten free options as well. The atmosphere is very nice and feels like being in a garden. There was also like folk music on the night we went (Thursday)

    Went on Feb 5th for lunch and waited an Hour and a half because a chef got snowed in, I guess but our waitress took care of us with free deserts. Don’t know her name but she’s about 5’8 127 lbs. black hair , very pretty and about 25 to 30 years old

    This place is one of the neatest experiences I've ever had dinning. The amount of detail that goes into the deco and food is astounding! The service was top notch, the atmosphere was euphoric and the food was incredible. An absolute MUST do when in Placerville!! We also stopped at their store next door called VibesUp. The minute you walk in your senses are uplifted, mentally, physically and emotionally. The vibe is mind blowing. Well done owners, well done.

    The food was under seasoned and not worth the money. We were over charged by over 30$ and didn't realize it until we left because we were just trying to get out of there. The whole restaurant was small crowded and dark, possibly because they didn't want everyone to see the dirt and broken decor. You could barely see the menu and then the booths made you sink to holes. We went for my daughter's birthday and let's just say our party of 8 cost $400 and now I have to spend more to make it up to her. Very frustrated and will not recommend or try again.

    Our visit was for a birthday and we were very excited to go here for the first time. The tables under the tree were way too close together so that felt a little uncomfortable. Felt like we were sitting in the middle of traffic. The food was good but also expensive. I don't know as I would go back again any time soon. Our waiter however was the best! It is worth at least one visit though.

    We had a terrible experience. Our table was not set up for our party of 12. It was very high price and the food was terrible. The seating was uncomfortable with pott holes and my back was hurting. We got our fondou last so my family was done with their food before we got ours. We paid for four course fondou and they brought us the desert one in a bowl already melted to rush us out. We got our bill before we got our desert. Buffy didnt care that my daughter didnt like her food and it was her birthday and she left hungry. She argued with me and was disrespectful every time she talked to me. I was highly disappointed to say the least and will be telling all my friends and social media to not come here. Buffy ruined my daughters birthday.

    We went here to celebrate 2 birthdays, neither of us were recognized for any type of birthday. Others in the restaurant were. Our waitress clearly only wanted to talk to my husband as she never even asked my kids what they wanted to drink. Her top was falling off and we all felt uncomfortable. Went for a fun birthday and left missing food and drinks because only one person at the table mattered. The hostess was super sweet!!! And talked to eveyone!

    I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here, which was a lot of fun! We cleaned our plates because the food was so good too! This restaurant also had a fun atmosphere and staff. I highly recommend giving them a try. We can’t wait to go back!

    We came for a unique dining experience and the love Irish music was a draw. The decor was cute, not necessary ambiance? Service was friendly and helpful. The food was just ok. Like having dinner at a friend’s house and not necessarily professional caliber. Lobster was overdone and took a very long time to come out.
