$16 for chips and salad is kind of outrageous for a Mexican restaurant. Specially when not advised that it would cost that much when asked if we want chips and salsa.

Newlyweds, randomly booked a last minute reservation at Encanto. we walked in and were immediately welcomed with love and an available table upon arrival. The energy was so inviting and everyone from the host, to our server, to the chef coming to congratulate us was just the cherry on top. Don’t even get me started on the food and drinks which were decedent and flowing especially on a Friday night. Definitely a memorable day followed by an amazing celebratory dinner. My husband and I already can’t wait to go back for some more taste of Baja. Thanks again Encanto

A great meal at Encanto with a colleague. When we arrived, the staff was servicing an incredibly full house yet managed to keep everyone happy until showtime at the Greek Theater. Afterwards, it became a nice, quiet, intimate environment. Oh, and the food….. spectacular.

Service is lacking. We had to ask for water, steak knives, tortillas 3x. We were not asked if we wanted more drinks (we did). Our appetizer came out 45 seconds before entree. We were ignored and likely would have spent another $150 for the 5 of us (drinks and dessert). It’s a shame because the food is absolutely magical. Every single thing we ordered was spot on. Some of the best ceviche too.

Loved it but it was pricey! Ordered the fish and it didn’t come with any sides for $48. Rice and beans were $10 more. The margaritas were great though! I’ll go back but not often.

It was our second time at this restaurant. First time was amazing and we don’t know what’s happened this time , but we will no back again. So it was 4 of us. We ordered 4 drinks - two beers and 2 cocktails . Server gave us 3 drinks and gone away. She didn’t give a one beer . After 10 min we asked her if she can bring a drink. She told us - she didn’t forgot she was rude . So…? But she could say - oh sorry I forgot , let me bring . And it would be ok! It was weird! We did order . And she brought 2 appetizers, we asked guacamole is coming? She told me - you didn’t order . I told her - no I ordered. And she continued to argue with me . After that they brought to us fish which we didn’t order. It was crazy ! I asked switch the server because it’s too much. So they brought to us rib eye , lamb chops and skirt steak and food was great . When we asked for the check we got $90 overcharge!!! They counted fish which we didn’t order and we didn’t eat , and counted margaritas for $20 which $10 at menu ( we ordered 4 of them) . I’m sorry but it’s tooooo much!!!!! Miserable service and attitude !
