   Loved the food; very inventive...our main complaint was that the "small plates" were really not small...they were enough to share or make a meal of. Also, they need less expensive scotch to make Rob Roy's with..it cost $16! My martini, in comparison, was only $8.

   Restaurant is in the American Visual Arts Museum. Makes for a perfect day—have a great lunch and walk around the museum. Child’s grilled cheese sandwich was great.

   A unique dining option. Good seafood and vegan options that tasted delicious. We can recommend great crispy brussels, chickpeas (really tasty), wonderful shrimp and grits, and amazing use of cauliflower (cauliflower steak) that I devoured. They have beef dishes, but we did not eat those, so I cannot comment. Wait staff and server were friendly and helpful. We will return.

   Overall it was a great experience we had a very peppy waitress who facilitated with great and fast service. The food was great as well. The steak was huge!

   I had lunch at Encantada because I was visiting AVAM, and I'm a big fan of museum restaurants. Encantada did not disappoint. The BLT Benedict was really good, but just a bit over-executed. I'm as much of a bacon fan as anyone, but I really don't need a full pound of bacon on my Benedict! LOL But I imagine most people would not see that as a negative. Loved the cocktail. Loved the ambiance of the room. It was very uncrowded while I was there, but I imagine it could get noisy when it's full. Service was good ... it's hard being a single diner, since lots of waiters don't like having a one-top. But my waiter was appropriately attentive, even if he was a tad confused about some menu items. Still ... I'd eat here with or without a museum visit (although I implore you to visit the museum ... it is absolutely worth your time).

   We found the menu to be very limited, not a problem if the food choices are well balanced. But selling a "toast" for $16 that consists of two large pieces of bread covered with topping is not a well balanced lunch; far too much bread, no greens. Also, the coffee wasn't very good. The restaurant is in a great location, but what's on the plate doesn't live up to the setting.

   Overall, this is a perfect restaurant for someone who wants a great meal at a great price. Everything was made to order and each bite was full of flavor. We had the Korean pancakes, the turnips the Cauliflower steak and chicken. Oh, and the chickpeas. Everything was great. We did need some extra sauce for the cauliflower. Great for foodies with dietary restrictions like no gluten, no dairy but also amazing for people who don’t have any restrictions. This is a restaurant you have to try. It’s small so make sure to make a reservation.

    Food very good. Atmosphere fun - eclectic Service not very attentive Juice machine broke (several juices /smoothies on menu) None to be had
