   The chef was unwilling to accommodate a very normal request and the food was horrible . I feel like if you are going to be such a hard line chef and that you won't change your recipes even a little they should at least be good . Save your time and eat somewhere else

   This was our first visit to Emmit’s Vegas. Upon entering the hostess warmly greeted us as seated us at our table. During our time on Sunday morning, the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Our server Naj pleasantly welcomed us and was very attentive to us throughout our time at the restaurant. There were 4 of us and we each ordered something different from the menu. We all thoroughly enjoyed our menu choices and would definitely recommend Emmit’s Vegas!

   Other than the table nearby whose occupants were screaming, cursing and fighting with each other it was great. Manager should have addressed that issue as it was not pleasant for the other customers. Hanger steak was tender, well seasoned and delicious; the truffle Parmesan fries were crispy, hot, and very flavorful. Service was excellent.

   We made reservations for 8:45 and when the hostess called to confirm she asked for us not to arrive late as they close at 9. I was worried we would be rushed through service but our waitress was wonderful. We had the shrimp creole, bread, and marrow for appetizers all delicious but wouldn’t order bread again. For entrees we had the wagu, strip steak, halibut, potatoes, asparagus, crab cake, and the sauces for steak. Everyone enjoyed their food and I thought the halibut was one of the best of eaten. We will be back.

   Beautifully decorated. The ambiance is nice. All of the waitstaff we encountered were very warm and welcoming. Food is amazing. I will be back.

   Very disappointing. We received a call in the afternoon on the day of our dinner confirming our 8:30 PM reservation. Then at 6:40 PM we received a call saying their last seating is at 8:15 and we could reschedule. Since this was our last night in Vegas we asked if we could just come in earlier to which they said yes. I ordered a filet which I wanted well done to which the server asked if it was ok to butterfly the steak. I agreed that would be fine. My steak came out and looked perfect at first glance. When I cut into it the meat was red. I picked up the whole steak with my fork to find the underneath was completely raw. I had to send it back to the kitchen which meant my husband was eating his dinner without me having mine. They did correct it but all in all this restaurant is not worth the amount of money it cost.

   We had dinner at Emmitt’s for my son’s 21’st birthday. Service was amazing! Food was excellent as well. We had the shrimp and also Brussels for appetizers, delicious. All three of us had steaks for diner which were cooked perfect. We looked at a lot of options and picked here because of the reviews and when the menu said #22’s favorites we knew this was the place since that was my sons #while playing baseball from youth through college. Figured it was meant to be 😂

    I highly recommend eating at Emmitt’s Vegas. The food is amazing- seasoned to perfection. They really cater to each guest to make sure the service is great. For special occasions (birthdays) you are served this delicious cake with warm caramel sauce along with a sparkling candle. The cake melts in your mouth- just totally scrumptious. Also, you are given a birthday card to top off the celebration. Top of the line- classy and elegant!!
