   Second time. Good excellent. My only observation is that don’t assign your servers to both rooms. Each server should stay in his room, The problem is when they have to go to the kitchen. Overall food fantastic and ambiance first class. We live in Palm Beach Florida and are used to quality dining. You are one of the better restaurants in Houston!

   Small and quiet place- modern building with gilded age furniture and decor. Very cool. Very good brunch and tea service. They nailed Mother's Day!

   We came here for Mother's Day and had a really wonderful experience! The food is delicious and the ambiance is wonderful. I wish we could have done the tea service, but that is only offered after 11am. We will be back!

   Overall over priced for what it was - the service was slow the food was not worth the cost- very basic an uneventful- $250.00 later - this whole event is not 65.00 per person- 25.00 at most

   The place is quaint and such a great place. We had the tea service. The teas were great. However, the menu is preset. One of us does not eat red meat. But there was no choice. The desserts and scones were good. I did feel that it was overpriced for the amount of food.

   The experience was fair to poor. My husband’s food arrived with hair in it. No one from management came over to apologize. Although our waiter, Tanzania was awesome and did her best to rectify the problem. We also observed other unsanitary conditions. Waiters went between two parts of the restaurant where they had to go outside and touch multiple door handles. They never washed their hands and continued to handle food. One chef had gloves on but she rubbed her hair with the gloves and continued to handle food. I’m not surprised that my husband’s food had hair in it. Several waiters had very long hair and they did not have hair nets or any other protective gear.

   Nice looking place. Service was not good. Acted like they were ready to leave. We asked for dessert menu a few times. No refills on water or beverages. Won't return.

   Emma Jane is beautiful and stylish without being overly ornate. The service was lovely. I took my mother for an early Mother’s Day tea service. The tea service is a little pricey but the food was good. I was willing to pay more for the ambience.

    Everything was PERFECT! Best High Tea I have had here or abroad. Excellent service, beautiful setting, nice atmosphere, quiet. Thank you!
