   The experience was fair to poor. My husband’s food arrived with hair in it. No one from management came over to apologize. Although our waiter, Tanzania was awesome and did her best to rectify the problem. We also observed other unsanitary conditions. Waiters went between two parts of the restaurant where they had to go outside and touch multiple door handles. They never washed their hands and continued to handle food. One chef had gloves on but she rubbed her hair with the gloves and continued to handle food. I’m not surprised that my husband’s food had hair in it. Several waiters had very long hair and they did not have hair nets or any other protective gear.

   Nice looking place. Service was not good. Acted like they were ready to leave. We asked for dessert menu a few times. No refills on water or beverages. Won't return.

   Emma Jane is beautiful and stylish without being overly ornate. The service was lovely. I took my mother for an early Mother’s Day tea service. The tea service is a little pricey but the food was good. I was willing to pay more for the ambience.

   Everything was PERFECT! Best High Tea I have had here or abroad. Excellent service, beautiful setting, nice atmosphere, quiet. Thank you!

   Emma Jane is a great place to have afternoon tea with friends. I recently went with five of my girl friends and had a fantastic time. The only reason I would give them 4 stars instead of 5 is the price is just a little high given the food offerings. I would have liked to see another sandwich offering on the tower. Our server was attentive and the restaurant was beautiful. A note to add, gratuity is already built into the check, so afternoon tea is more like $80 per person rather than the $65 they advertise.

   I was greatly disappointed in the service. The waiters didn’t know the menu, didn’t know which table to deliver food. Overall, it seemed like today was the first day being opened. Not a good Easter brunch experience.

   We had some small issues. No high chair for a toddler. Kitchen got a little behind. Food did not come out in an orderly fashion. However, the quality of food was excellent, the desire and intent to make it right was there. We had a great Easter brunch. 4 out of 5., Aperol Spritz was excellent. We will return!!

   Emma Jane was a great experience. We had the tea service, and all of the food on the tea tower was fabulous. The offerings ranged from wagyu beef on rye bred to a chicken masala salad sandwich for savories, cheddar/chive and chocolate scones in the middle, and lemon macarons and cinnamon Madelines. There is a great selection of teas, and you can choose more than one, unlike other tea services I have had. We tried Earl Grey, Pecan Pie Rooibos, and Crème de Peche rooibos. The restaurant and china used for the tea service were beautiful. Our server was Miles, and he was great. We enjoyed chatting with him. The only quibble is the noise level. My daughter and I had a difficult time hearing each other. The next time, if the weather is nice, I may sit on the patio.

    Not sure if 20% gratuity was included. I was honestly having such a wonderful experience that I did not review my check before adding a 20% tip. It would be interesting to know. Our service was impeccable and I would not hesitate to recommend the establishment either way.
