Emeril’s Chop House at Wind Creek Bethlehem
This was our first trip to any of Emeril's restaurants. The experience was amazing. I had the New York Strip and my wife had the Osso Bucco. Both were superb and enough for another meal. We will definitely be going back.
Chris was our waiter and he made our experience great. Food was awesome also. We will be back.
Filet Oscar was very good.
We tried the salmon special. It was just ok. Definitely not worth the $50.
Took 1 hr to get dinner
And it was overcooked
I would like to thank our waiter who had given us superb service, sorry I can’t
remember his name..
William the Manager was Totally AMAZING!!!
A special thanks to the other Manger and Jessica at the front who gave us a warm welcome and to everyone else we enter acted with thank you kindly..
Our Anniversary was a Smash hit!!!!
Amazing service and the food was excellent. It continues to get better each time we dine here.,
Food was bland service was slow and inattentive.
$65 steak bone in ribeye was grizzly and fatty not much meat to eat
Grilled octopus appetizer over cooked no Grill taste cut into 11 three-quarter inch tubes no flavor
It was very good, a great menu and consistent as always! It never disappoints!
At this point I would not recommend this place. Don't get the lobster tail, it was suppose to be a 10 oz tail and it was not even close. The baked potato was excellent and the service was excellent I have eaten there many times and it was excellent, but this time it was bad.
Food was excellent. Oysters and filet mignons perfectly prepared. Service/food delivery was too slow. Was on grand re-opening night so place was packed. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.
Went there for my wife's birthday. Food was fantastic and service was impeccable. Been here several times and will definitely be back. We traveled all the way from Maryland (2.5 hours) and was well worth the drive. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thanks again for making my wife's birthday special. Gregory Bruce
Steak was good, sides were OK, service was really good. For the Price it was a modest value.
Very loud. Food decent not great.
We’ve been to Emeril’s many times over the last 3 years. The service was excellent, but then menu is lacking,, nothing new and exciting. I always do steak when there, but opted for the chicken this time. It was non flavorful... my fiancé had the veal and it was dry and bland. Our waiter was friendly and drinks were great. Overall, I’d have to rate it as just average,,, sorry Emeril’s.
This restaurant is consistently great. Excellent drinks, exceptional food, always something new and inventive. Wish they would open the bar sooner than 5, especially on concert night, but still a great time.
AMAZING! I highly recommend this place! We started with a gin cocktail that was very strong but oversized and delicious, then we split the beef tip risotto with sweet potato and butternut squash, the beef was tender and cooked to medium rare perfection, the jumbo lump crab cake did not disappoint, it was chock full of fresh lumps of crab meat and the accompaniments were so interesting (cold soba noodles with mint and thai basil and a ginger lime aioli), it was a flavor festival!! For entrees, my husband chose the petite filet mignon, cooked medium rare and chose the "dress it up" option, which nicely included mashed potatoes and asparagus. I was not that hungry, so I chose the shrimp and grits appetizer as my entree, and it was very good (and as large a size as an entree). What a wonderful experience. We had no room left for dessert, but I will be back and let you know how that went!
Everything was good but we thought the prices were a little high.
Service was exceptional, food and drinks a little pricey but both were very good. I would definitely go back.
Disappointing visit to Emeril’s this past weekend. Something changed from my last few visits. Beef over cooked, Oscar not really good crab presentation. Endive was old and not thoroughly grilled. I have higher expectations for this restaurant
food is good but overpriced. Expect to pay $40+ for a protein and then another 10-12 for a side to come with it.
We enjoy everything about emeril's. Great food and relaxing atmospher. Service is always friendly.
Dinner was excellent. Five of us went and all had different dishes. Everyone of them was delicious.
Filet Mignon perfect! Sea Bass perfect! Meat and cheese tray perfect! Even though not at all crowded, we felt rushed. Service was much better on a previous visit
Reservation was for 1 hour & 45 minutes before our show began, which should be ample time for a relaxing dinner. Was 1/2 hour after we were seated before we got our drink order. Salads took even longer to arrive. We noticed others seated well after us receiving their entrees as we still waited for ours and we're becoming concerned b/c showtime was nearing, we finally grabbed a manager, who miraculously immediately returned with our entire order. Unfortunately we felt rushed by the time we received our entrees to make the show. Manager was very nice & helpful, though he mentioned that the restaurant was full & that they had overbooked. Not cool. We barely saw our waiter & had to flag down the manager again for the check. Food was great, service not great.
Lovely meal. Food was wonderful and service is alway great.
We always love to go to the Chop House! Megan's lemon drop martinis are to die for! And the food is always spectacular
my filet was a little overcooked. ordered M and it was MW.
The initial experience was very nice with the staff providing pleasantries while they showed us to the table. The server opened our bottle of wine and poured into a decanter placed it on our table and walked away leaving us to pour the wine, after ordering my wife and I relaxed over a glass of wine. The manager came over and explained he was sorry for the delay in our appetizer course and he was going to comp each appetizer which was obviously very nice (in all candor, we didn’t realize they delay). When the apps came each was very good and presented well. We then asked for a salad to be split which they did, the lettuce was brown which made it unappetizing. We ordered another bottle of wine and the server used the same decanter as was used before. The main courses came and each was very good - the team surprised us with a Anniversary dish of cream puffs and a slice of Banana Cream Pie which we were greatly appreciative. Overall it was a nice experience but need some fine tuning!
Not impressed by the food at all ! ordered the 7 ounce filet that came out looking like it was 3 ounces while the person I dined got that one that look like it was 7 ounces very dry beef. My guest didn’t like her steak either Baked potato was fine. Would not eat there again
As always when visiting Emeril's at Wind Creek, we had a great experience. Durant, our waiter even remembered us from a private birthday party held 2 years earlier. Very impressive recall, and says a lot about the restaurant's ability to locate and retain good people.
The food is delicious. The chef was willing to make some changes to my dish and the results were outstanding! The staff is very attentive.
I was not very impressed with the food, for a high end restaurant it is very commercial and the food is only average
Always a treat to celebrate a special occasion here. Service is wonderful and food is great! Love it!
Absolutely amazing. Service the food was out of this world m Would definitely be back
The wait staff was incredible. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the wagyu beef.
The initial male maitrd’ sat my husband and me at the worst table in the restaurant, when there were plenty of other available tables. It was right next to busy service station. I tried too get his attention to change our table but was ignored. The Hostess Jennifer saw me , came over and move us to a lovely booth table. Thank you again Jennifer.
This place knows how to pamper you. Wonderful experience, great food, never had an issue with staff, the food was cooked spit on with wonderful flavors. If you want to treat your table for dessert get the banana foster. It was unbelievable.
Food serves too long....probably it was a weekend dinner that causes it...that it make sense
