   Food was terrific the service was not. I felt bad for the poor waitress who had the whole room to herself. Very poorly managed

   Great food. Nice atmosphere and service. Only negative comment I have is the restaurant entrance sits outside security off the canal entrance. As hotel guests, when you come out from eating you will have to stand in the security line to renter the casino to get to the hotel.

   Service was great! Cocktails and mussels were a great start. We inquired about gluten free alternatives and ended up ordering the fish and were told it wouldn’t have the sauce. I was served a very dry unseasoned piece of fish over rice. We asked our server if they could fix, they returned the same cold piece of fish with garlic butter on top. It did improve the flavor but should have been redone all together. I was surprised a restaurant at this level would serve that. Other diners in our party had the spaghetti and the burger and enjoyed both. Our server was great!

   We enjoyed a nice, casual dinner at a high top table. I especially enjoyed the cocktails and the gumbo. Our service was especially good-thanks to Tatiana. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

   We arrived for our reservation and no one was in the restaurant. It was nearly empty. We thought that maybe this was a bad choice. It was 6:30 on a Saturday night; we assumed it would be packed. We thought, "What do they know that we don't know." We hesitated and then sat at the bar. Andres was a great bartender/server. I ordered the tart flambe and it was amazing! I thought it would be the size of a small tart, you know an appetizer, an apple tart, but it was the size of a WHOLE freakin' pizza. Simply amazing. We got the seafood tower and it was also amazing.

   Not too impressed...hard to believe Emeril allows his name to be used on this restaurant. The food was just okay and the service was terrible. I think we waited about 15 mins for the waitress to come to our table to take a drink order. Oddly, the waitress kept referring to us as her "babbies" and I kind of think she was saying it in an endearing way. Still sort of strange to me. Portions were kind of small for the price. I think they actually serve frozen french fries with the burger. Now would Emeril really serve frozen fries?!

   Our reservation was made on Open Table but apparently the hostess at the check in desk told Open Table we did not show up. Very annoying! Cashier: Kalil, terminal 159, table 32 (info from our bill receipt). We hope the restaurant reads this review and contacts Open Table to correct their mistake.

    Overall, it was a great experience. The service was exceptional! Kalil went above and beyond. We were also fortunate enough to have a bonus second server, Janez, who was just as wonderful. We ordered the special for the evening and had high expectations, but it didn’t quite meet them but the service made up for that. Very minor but was sort of bummed that I had to pay for the bread, however it was delicious and worth it. I’d recommend it and will definitely return!
