Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

Our meals were delicious! We had the pork chop, filet and the salmon .. appetizers were very good as well. Our server Jaz was excellent & super friendly.

To be honest my wife settled on Embers. I was meh. Let me say this was the best experience I’ve had on Provo so far from our two trips. The drinks were top notch. My wife ordered pork belly Mac and cheese and it was amazing. When we come back this will be one of our stops!

Live Music was as great as the restaurant. Definitely would come back again, especially since we meet the owner and the actually work the line and makes sure all customers are taken care of.

This is probably my fourth time eating there and the food is consistently off the chain. This time around my group actually sat on the inside near the kitchen and it was a pleasant and different experience. We had a first had view of how the food was being prepared and the passion in the eyes of all the cooks especially the chef. I would HIGHLY recommend dinning at this fine establishment. You can't go wrong with Embers Jules

The BEST dining experience on the island. We dined twice during our stay. The food was the best we had while on Provo as was the service!

The food was maybe the best I had we had on the island. This was our 3rd visit to Turks everyone raves about Embers. We finally tired it and should have come visited the first two times. There was only one bad really bad part. The service was a zero star.. but the food made up for the lack of service. It’s a very rough situation in these restaurants when you don’t drink alchol the waiters depend on that to run up the bill and increase the tip. However, in this family we tip 30-40 %and they don’t have to wait on drinks they can turn the table quicker. I would recommend a visit for sure. We have eaten at Indigo, coco bistro, all the “best “ restaurants here. I would say it ranks at the top for food.
