   Excellent experience start to finish from a warm welcome, great customer service to best cocktails and food we’ve had on island. Dwayne is a knowledgeable and experienced mixologist and knows his craft cocktails well. Aaron working with him also made us some delicious drinks. They have a few cocktails that they barrel-age in-house (Negroni, Manhattan Old Fashioned). They made us some off menu drinks including a classic daiquiri, Final Ward, Paper Plane, and Bees Knees, we also had their aged Negroni, aged Manhattan and menu drinks Gaucho and TCI 75. All were spot on. Food was all excellent - we had tapas style dinner shared between a few — the tuna tartare, pork belly Mac n cheese, grilled baby romaine, broccolini, ginger bok choy and basamati fried rice. Every dish was delicious, nice sized servings, no complaints at all. Best of all the setting is nice, clean, and staff all knew what they were doing, very friendly. Highly recommend.

   Embers is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and top-notch service. The Maki roll, baked oysters and conch dumpling were absolutely delightful—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent throughout. Edwin is incredibly professional and attentive; he’s always present and ensures everything runs smoothly. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly enhances the dining experience. Highly recommended!

   The food, service, and ambiance were all great. Embers will definitely be on our list of must do restaurants when we return to the Turks! At our table of four, we had the steamed dumplings and chargrilled oysters for appetizers, fantastic wines and bourbon, and short rib pasta, strip steak with chimichurri sauce, and sea bass as entrees. Short ribs were the best I've had in TCI, and I've eat that dish in many of the restaurants there. Embers is centrally located in Grace Bay so it's a short walk from many resorts plus they offer great live music. Can't wait to go back!

   The food, atmosphere, and energy were great! What particularly stood out to me was how the team interacted with each other. They truly seemed happy to be at work! Alexandra took great care of us and offered suggestions from the menu that were fabulous.

   Amazing! I don’t need to repeat other reviews, but host stand to receiving the bill was top notch. We had the Tuna Tartare and it was very flavorful. We love sushi, Poke, etc., and this was great! For our meals, my wife had the Filet and loved every bit of it. I had the Sea Bass which was very very good! I did ask if it was Chilean Sea Bass before I ordered, I was told it was, but it was not. I am no foodie, but I knew there were a couple different Sea Basses that get served. So, upon initial disappointment, as I was expecting Chilean thick white and flaky, I tried their Sea Bass. It was prepared really well, definitely moist, flavorful, delicious. It just isn’t the thick white flaky filet many people expect, so that’s just an FYI. certainly not a reason not to order it, just wanted to set proper expectations. Edwin, I believe his name was, is fantastic. He’s personable, accommodating, funny, and very knowledgeable. We asked for other recommendations on the island and he was happy to offer options. The reviews on the island in general are hit and miss. We ate at Embers on our 3rd night after 2 nights of big disappointments from well reviewed places. Just do your research on other places, but this one should definitely be on your must do list, if not 3 or 3 times.

   Unfortunately food was sub-par much like the rest of the island. Too much rice with the tuna tartare. Bao buns were sickly sweet and little to no meat. Wahoo was cooked well but the curry it was in was also sickly sweet and outrageously spicy. Unfortunate L but ambiance was nice.
