   The food, atmosphere, and energy were great! What particularly stood out to me was how the team interacted with each other. They truly seemed happy to be at work! Alexandra took great care of us and offered suggestions from the menu that were fabulous.

   Amazing! I don’t need to repeat other reviews, but host stand to receiving the bill was top notch. We had the Tuna Tartare and it was very flavorful. We love sushi, Poke, etc., and this was great! For our meals, my wife had the Filet and loved every bit of it. I had the Sea Bass which was very very good! I did ask if it was Chilean Sea Bass before I ordered, I was told it was, but it was not. I am no foodie, but I knew there were a couple different Sea Basses that get served. So, upon initial disappointment, as I was expecting Chilean thick white and flaky, I tried their Sea Bass. It was prepared really well, definitely moist, flavorful, delicious. It just isn’t the thick white flaky filet many people expect, so that’s just an FYI. certainly not a reason not to order it, just wanted to set proper expectations. Edwin, I believe his name was, is fantastic. He’s personable, accommodating, funny, and very knowledgeable. We asked for other recommendations on the island and he was happy to offer options. The reviews on the island in general are hit and miss. We ate at Embers on our 3rd night after 2 nights of big disappointments from well reviewed places. Just do your research on other places, but this one should definitely be on your must do list, if not 3 or 3 times.

   Unfortunately food was sub-par much like the rest of the island. Too much rice with the tuna tartare. Bao buns were sickly sweet and little to no meat. Wahoo was cooked well but the curry it was in was also sickly sweet and outrageously spicy. Unfortunate L but ambiance was nice.

   Absolutely fantastic. Food and staff impeccable. Edwin was so accommodating and friendly plus he played great tunes. Everything amazing. Oysters a must .

   The BEST dinner we had while on the island. For starters, we had the oysters & tuna tartare - the best bites of the night. My husband had the tuna and I had the skirt steak for our entrees - both excellent as well. Every person we encountered, from the hostess, to cooks, and our waitress were energetic and went above and beyond to make our experience great. We will 100% recommend and return when come back to TCI.

   Lovely meal. Only issue was we were put outside when booked inside. Will go back again.

    We were excited about this one based on most of the reviews we had read- now when i go back- looks like others also had the same experience as we did. service- host was pleasant however despite booking this reservation a few months in advance- still gave us the worst table in the house- directly by the host stand, in the path on all the guests waiting, entering and exiting, kids running, multiple others requested to not sit on the surrounding tables by us for this reason. there were others available when we arrived. wait staff more of a group effort. no communication. multiple requests for water. no plates cleared. took over 30 min just to get check. food- ribs- full of gristle and small bone like pieces. bread- fluffy pizza dough taste. kids meals(not listed- had to ask about)- pretty bland- they didn’t even finish 1/3 chicken fingers if that tells you anything. tuna tataki very good/fresh but charred avocado so hard i couldn’t even get a fork into- and included 4-5 tiny cubes. pork dish- rice dry- book choy flavorful but limp and soggy. pork fatty. glass of rose- room temp- small pour. $$$ overall very disappointed. there are so many amazing restaurants on the island- this one seems like a new hype strip mall fail unfortunately. hate that we spent $300 or the time.
